    Of course the best way to discourage the OP from recreating the same thread over and over again would be for the community NOT to post any comments. That being said I have to admit I find his persistance very amusing :-)

    Some do (PWI mods), some do not (Blacklight mods), they were discussing it a bit here. @Askray has his title, but I don't see a mention of if STO mods have powers yet.
