    So where are te 23th release notes if i may ask ;) ?
    Overall i hope you still are fixing the lags (AND WHY CANNONS AND TORPS BARELY FIRE IF THERE ARE MORE THEN 1-2 PILOT and COMMAND SHIPS IN 1 MAP).

    Also i hope that with the release of new iconic ships (mogai/valdore/norexan) you will buff them acoringly to be able to even get to a close league in power to PILOT SHIPS that ARE 2-3 CLASSES ABOVE ALL OTHER ESCORTS IN PVP AND PVE (as if not, the mogai will be still inferior to the early t6 releases that came with DR LOL) - so not even worth 1k zen (and yes i have all mogai's/valdores - even if they differ much in the looks from original in NEMESIS.

    Launcher is not availible at the moment?
    Edit: From Germany, if I run through a canadian VPN endpoint the laucher starts... :(

    I'm looking into the issues with connecting to the patch server. I got a couple people who were able to provide me with tracerts to patchserver.crypticstudios.com that I sent over to my web team. I'll let you know as soon as I get more details.

    We've adjusted our routing for the patch server and will hope to potentially resolve it within the next 10mins. We will continue to monitor.

    CONGRATULATIONS FOR LONG AWAITED NETWORK MAINTENANCE PWE!
    THE GAME IS STILL UNPLAYABLE, AGAIN!
    THE LAST 3 WEEKS THE GAME WAS LAG- AND RUBBERFREE! I think the reason for is, that many, many players left STO (about lags and disconnects, server not respondings...)! The come back one by one and now we have the same results! As many people play, as more Server instabillity PWE have!, I will not buy the Pilot Ships bundle now, theres no reason for it! Every day at the same time 20:00+ Germany lags, rubberbanding, disconnects and still Snr!

    Bravo, do it so again and you better close this Game!
    Or better, give it to an Company where have Serious hands to handle a MMO! :D

    You love pulling "facts" out of your *** don't you? FYI the game has been laggy lately regardless. Cryptic has been focused on reducing lag lately (in case you didn't notice). So for once they do what we want and after weeks of work on the problem they get to read this? I would quit my job (if it weren't for the money) if I had to read trite like this all the time.

    Go vent somewhere else.

    217.0.116.60 is a node from my ISP, but i somehow doubt they can fix it?

    Hey guys, if you're still experiencing issues connecting to the patch server, can you perform a tracert and post it here? The basic steps are as follows.

    Prompt
    * Windows 8.1
    a. Swipe up to open the Apps screen; or if you're using a mouse, click the down arrow icon at the bottom of your screen.
    b. Swipe to the right and look for the "Windows System" tab.
    c. Tap or click "Command Prompt".
    * Windows Vista/7
    a. Click the Windows "Start" button.
    b. Type "Command Prompt" (without quotation marks) in the search box.
    c. In the list of results, click "Command Prompt".
    2. On the Command Prompt window, type in (exactly as it is typed here): tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com
    3. Wait for the traceroute to complete.
    4. Right Click on the window.
    5. Select the "Select all" option.
    6. Hit "Enter".
    7. Paste it here!

    To Perform a Traceroute in Mac OS X

    Launch Network Utility.
    Click Traceroute.
    Enter the patchserver.crypticstudios.com
    Click Trace.
    Select the results, and then right-click and select Copy or press COMMAND+C to copy the text.

    when i go directly via my ISP (Deutsche Telekom) I get the same result, if I connect via vpn I have no issue at all and a clean tracert, so maybe it's not cryptic but a routing problem with the ISP?

    It did work earlier, as i wrote the post before, i highly doubt DTAG is switching routes today.. Cryptic's ISP is so somewhere our packages go down the drain when some router at telia was it, i believe, is not routing correctly

    btw, Trendy, it is very annoying to scroll up top to change pages in the thread. Can your folks over at vanilla leave a page turner at the bottom too please?

    It's interesting how many german users have this problem. I checked the second IP, it's a Network Coordination Center in Germany

    Having the same problem from Germany, ISP is Deutsche Telekom (DTAG) as well. Could not connect after 6 PM my time (CEST), then it eventually worked at around 7 PM, followed by a disconnect ~90 min later and unable to get the launcher started since.

    Hey everyone, so I've discussed with the team and it looks like the problem that we have is localized to a German connectivity network. I'm currently talking with the team and our options; I'll be doing what I can to help resolve this.

    I was actually able to open the launcher just now. I'll try to get into the game now.
