Why are my FED warp in/out trails GREEN?

No, I'm not rocking any Borg or Romulan tech. Jem'Hadar, actually.

Is this a known issue?

    Actually I noticed that with my tempest, no gear on board that would do that.,

    That means you are supposed to RP as a Romulan spy.

    Yeah, the Eclipse on one of my characters does this too on occasion. No gear should be doing this since, despite the fact that I have the borg engines, console and deflector, and the MACO shield, I have all visuals turned off all the time... so nothing should be altering my ship visuals in any way.

    I've had this problem too. It's random in my experience.

    I've had this issue on multiple ships.

    Fleet Defiant T5-U, Defiant Retrofit T5-U, Fleet B'Rel T5-U as well as my Romulans,...

    I’ve have had the same issue with my Galaxy X since the sector space revamp.

    Noticed the same on my Pathfinder since the sector revamp. It's random though. After the latest patch it happens less often.

    You're lucky, my KDF-rom have red beam in/out animation and warp out.

    Yeah, I remember this used to happen fairly often back when the Romulans were first introduced... I'm guessing the code somewhere must have gotten buggered again.

    Tell us exactly all the space gear you have on our ship (meaning, shields, deflector, engines, warp core)

    I think i may know what your issue is if it's what I think it is

    Yes, my Guardian has green warp trails.

    I have mostly Borg tech, but the visuals (as always) are turned off.

    I was only flying it for the trait, and I achieved that yesterday so I'll be switching to a Fleet Andromeda later today with mostly the same gear. I'll report back.

    I use the Dominion set on my Temporal Destroyer.

    I think it's far more likely linked to species.

    Roms also have green trails when flying lower tier Fed ships. Faction is a subset of species in the game.

    My guess would be everyone having this issue is a Fed Alien?

    I'll occasionally see them on my fed Caitian flying a strike ship. It seems pretty random, or at least I haven't been able to see any kind of pattern. Sometimes they're blue and other times their green.:confused:

    Nope, happening to my Lib Borg and Andorian chars... :confused:

    See it on my Oddy as well sometimes. I have Delta Engines, they turn impulse green but I always turn off all visuals but sometimes it still does it.

    I've noticed that as well ... quite frequently since the launch of the new season.

    It's an old bug that the devs previously fixed but it was apparently "unfixed" with one of the recent updates.

    I haven't filed a bug report because it's a minor problem, but I acknowledge it's an annoying visual bug and you are welcome to do file a bug report.

    I'm running a JHSS with Mk XIV Jem space set, Vaadwaur cannons/turrets, Neutronic Torp with Gel Pack (both Mk XIV)... Elite Fleet Core Mk XII (can't remember which, off the top of my head, but it was from the Mine)... need more info?

    Have the same "defiant ship borg engines deflector and uni console borg cutting beam ap beams" when i warp out i see green trails behind ship and green warp when my ship warp in after that i see normal blue trail and warp light i think its a bug.

    My Eclipse using Nukara with Romulan Engines - Green Warp out Trail.

    My Green Scimitar using the full Borg Set including the Green Impuse Engines with visuals on - Red Warp out Trail.

    Seriously, i have the same problem too. I tried various combinations of Borg, Nukara, Solane and MACO equipment (FED character)
    All have green Warp out stripes.

    I've got a fleet excelsior and occasionally i get green warp out trails. Running romulan engines with the visual disabled even though with it enabled it still shows the standard fed red and blu engine trails.

    I have the MACO engines with the visuals on, I occasionally get blue trails. It comes and goes.

    I have noticed my Starfleet ship, not Romulan, not Klingon, not Vulcan or anyother species ship, for whatever bearing that might have, too often has green warp trails too. There are no ways I altered my ship to affect the warp trails, it is just green.

    Happens to my Fed Human constantly. Running Fleet Assault Cruiser Refit, fleet warp core and Dyson engines.
