  Allow me to proffer the viewpoint that it would seem you don't want to increase expectations by making this Blue Box ship "mo' betta" then the previous ones, but there is little issue on the part of your employer to make current lockbox ships "Mo betta'" than previous lockbox ships.
  
  So, its ok to improve the ships when its to the benefit of sales, but not to the benefit of players? I respectfully submit that's what I'm seeing.

  I've opened about 10 of the Xindi lock boxes and never received a ship. All I seem to get are R and D items. Can someone tell me why?

  The odds are always against you instead of using keys sell them on the exchange and then buy what you want from there you will have better odds on getting the ship then than the lockbox gamble
