But Superman is invunerable and since Zod is Kryptonion it should have been impossible to break his neck
Um... not for Superman. They're both Kryptonians, thus they both have the strength levels to inflict harm on each other, up to and including neck breaking. If it was a normal human from Earth trying to break Zod's neck, you'd be right, there'd be no chance of levering enough neck-snapping pressure. But since it was Superman, a Kryptonian, he could.
Or did you forget that super strength was an ability Kryptonians also gained when in the light of a yellow star?
This is the only movie that I not only had figured out the entire plot to inside of 5 minutes, but I was also actually saying the words the actors were saying in scenes before they were. It was that predictable. It is the only movie I have ever apologized to friends for having subjected them to it.
Cheers from Antonio Valerio Cortez III, Half-Celestial Archduke of the Free Marches Confederacy.

Never saw it, but all i needed to know when looking at the wiki was that the director was uwe boll and it all made sense. Why do studios keep hiring this hack?
I'd actually go out on a limb and say that while both endings do work within the context of their respective medium, I kind of prefer the movie's ending.
Watchmen is, at it's core, an unapologetic and minutely detailed deconstruction of the superhero genre, exaggerating, lampshading, and poking holes in all the well known tropes and traditions.
Yeah, the scene where they discuss why people wear masks is a perfect example of this. From a real world perspective it sounds good.... until you think about it.
I'll see your cabin boy, and raise you Encino Man.
Haven't seen Encino man since i was little, but I'm pretty sure it was better than Monkeybone. Literally the only thing i remember about that one is regretting going to see it.

If there is a merciful god, Pauly Shore is working a cash register at a McDonald's in Fresno.:D
The Seeker. An adaptation of the second book in the Dark is Rising Sequence. It was utter dreck. They took a really good children's fantasy novel and tried to dress it up like a Harry Potter clone. Also, they aged up the main character and made him inexplicably American. I was really excited for it and saw it the day it came out. Never have I been so disappointed.
