Done all that support have advised me to do but still the problem persists and I know its not IP problem because STO is listed as a priority connection.

I have only managed to get into the by uninstalling/reinstalling the game and believe if this issue is not fixed I won't bother reinstalling next time.

Tried loogging in and guess what stuck on'loading please wait' aaaaaghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

Have you tried posting any information listed from - http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1192081

Also for those saying NW and CO work fine (their launchers) you can use them by going into your options, click show all games and restarting the launcher.
Yes, I'm that Askray@Batbayer in game. Yes, I still play. No, I don't care.

IRQ (hardware interrupt line) implies a hardware/PCI card configuration issue. If you don't know how to handle this kind of problem, you may have to take it to someone who can...

You can't even get to launcher options. It stays black. Cannot enter the game or change settings.

I am also having this problem. Worked fine before DR. I even removed the game and then reinstalled it. No effect. I would like to play again sometime this year.

Hey guys! So we're still looking into the issues with the login issues. For some reasons, certain players can log in and others can't. Doing a /tracert and sending us what your public ip is (whatismyip.com)

How do you run a tracert? Go to Start -> Run and enter CMD to bring up a command prompt. Once there, enter this command:

    tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com

and hit enter. Please paste your results.

Whatever it was may be fixed now. Earlier I started getting an error message if I even tried to login to the forums, now it's working fine.

It's definitely something wrong with AT&T, I was having the same problem so I tethered to my phone's internet and it instantly loaded up no problems.

I'm having problems too. I'm in Australia and the Launcher seems to be loading fine, server status showing green, click on 'Engage' then that's as far as I can go. It just sits there and does nothing then I get a message saying that the 'Game Client is Not Responding'.

This is so annoying. Please help.
