We're investigating access to the Account Server for Holodeck connections as well as other Cryptic titles. I am currently speaking to the engineering team.
....I will forgo sleep; through hell or high water I will work with the teams to get the servers back and running.
This usually happens after a huge patch like this one today (1.3 GB), it's not the first time. Maybe it relates to the size of the patch being applied to the server.

Hell? I think these forums count. Less of a commute though the burnage is twice as epic here.
Anyway, if it helps, try reconfiguring the primary power coupling. Pull the wire out of the back, then plug it back in.
