I see no hope in the game to come back online today/tonight. Thats all i said.

I pretty much gave my IP out to the world I can see an DDOS coming our ways. so yea good work STO
Actually, don't worry! You never gave your IP. The chances of DDOS are remarkably slim. Also the engineering team is currently working on a potential unlock list. :)

FWIW, just got up and decided to check on things and this (US) East Coaster's IP address is still blacklisted. Also, when I submitted a ticket, I didn't see any place in which to put detailed info (IP address, provider, etc.), but I did see empty headers in the confirmation email. Anyone know if I should resubmit with more specific info?

Thank you, memsahib. Are you authorized to share the no doubt fascinating tale about how the domain bans happened in the first place? If it was a new anti-troll policy that preemptively blacklisted ~99% of the community, it probably worked as intended.

I can not even file a ticket because when I hit the support button, it just sends me back to my desktop.

All decks, all stations, this is Kiba speaking. In a few moments, as we attempt to unban our IP addresses, it is vital, absolutely vital that you center your thoughts on your duty or on the welfare of the one called 'the Trendy'. Think of giving her some of your strength. Now, this is an order. You must try to do this. And now attempt to concentrate on your duty at the moment or on the Trendy, on her well-being. Think of her as someone you care deeply for. All decks, all stations, Battle Stations!
