    Well thanks to this I will fail to get the last shard I need for the Crystalline Torpedo from the event. I hope it's being extended a day to make up for this missing time.

    Our engineers are currently doing a progressive review process to ensure that the correct domains are unbanned. The team will be tabulating users affected by this and work to ensure that the domain IPs return to proper accessibility. I'm sorry for the delays that are affecting your normal gameplay guys. :(

    Its been a while now... Hopefully the event will get extended out a few days once it is fixed? I don't need it, but I know players that do.

    I am also concerned about how much we all invested in this game. Will we get all of it back including what we have in the game mail, exchange, dilithium trade..? How deep does this ban go?

    Thanks for your updates on this (although I am not affected I am sure that people that are are appreciative to being kept in the loop). But isn't it way past your bedtime?!

    Yepp! I love the communication across games! Keep up the good work! :D Now if only the end-users would back off a little.... then it'd be much more constructive! :D

    what ever it is it sucks. both games STO and NW i get the same response on. oh well more time wasted, maybe tomorrow. (hope we get something nice out of this other then a belt or a tribble.

    I work 7 days on/7 days off. Today was my last off-day. I was hoping to enjoy some STO tonight since I won't be able to again for a week. It looks like it won't be happening... :-(

    Haha wouldn't you want that to be true. It just means that they've agreed on the best response to send to their respective games. You want canned responses, call your mother and tell her you're pregnant.
