    Yeah, I was just kicked from the game when trying to switch toons. It looks like something on Cryptic's end either died or had an error in it to cause the server to shut down. I guess I'm just gonna watch some videos on YouTube until it's fixed.

    has any DEV or official type person acknowledged this failure? if not how do we contact someone to kick the hamsters?

    I can't retrieve my list of characters on this game nor on Cryptic's Neverwinter game either.

    Happening to me as well I can't seem to login to the game for some reason..

    I've tried getting in thru ARC & STEAM. Both fail with the "...account server timed out."

    I couldn't mail myself doffs...and the dilithium exchange wasn't working...so I decided to log out...


    Now it won't log me in either. Hopefully it doesn't last long.

    server status is green. Everything is ok.

    Bet if you do not switch characters or log out your golden. These guys making it hard to keep pumping $ in game. :(

    Same here in South Dakota. Been playing just fine for a few hours and then disconnected from the server and can't get back in.

    Neverwinter does the same thing so going to assume its an arc issue
