Unable to Login

game cannot connect to account server....

no issue i can see on my end.


anyone else have similar issue(s) ?

    Yeah loks like the Hamster running the account server died. They need to buy younger hamsters.

    I can't either getting message "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out" I can log into arc and the web sights just not the game.

    is the server down?, I am just getting unable to authenticate?, but server status says its up?.

    When I think about everything we've been through together,

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    so we can do something we all believe in,

     I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

    Same here, I can log in ok, but when it goes to retrieve my character list I get 'Account Ticket Failure.'

    I'm trying to log into the game and after signing in the game pauses on "Retrieving list of characters..." for about a minute, then I get an error "Account Ticket Failure". My Dad is getting the same error. Anyone else having this problem getting into the game right now?

    I tried to switch characters and got kicked. Now it won't let me back in. My fleet mates who are on the same character are still on. Sad...

    dilithium exchange was disabled for me so I tried to change toons and it logged me out and I had to restart the game , now I am getting Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out . servers dieing lol

    Same for me. I was switching chars and it booted me. Now I get stuck at char load screen, then get the failure.

    1- Murphy’s Law tells us that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
    2- And anything that does go wrong will get progressively worse.
    3- And if you survive the first two laws it’s time to panic.

    I was in game, then tried to switch toons and got kicked. Know Launcher says "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account sever timed out".

    The hamster that was powering the account server just now got the news of Mr. Nimoy's death and is refusing to work out of mourning.

    Don't log out! Stay and spend money!

    The launcher won't recognize my account. I use ARC. It gives the following error:
    Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out

    Attemping to log in from BC, Canada.
