It will be a shuttle craft so that everyone can have more fun playing those wildly popular queued PvE missions for shuttle crafts only.

If it's a shuttlecraft, it'll be a Gingerbread man shuttlecraft design from the slap-happy winter event. Woot! Boldly going where no Star Trek game should have ever gone!

I have to say that the kobali ship is a real head scratcher. Might be the first ship I've ever not ground for. I have 1 character with only 1 trait so I might get it for her if the trait is usable.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
It was a merry christmas but it isn't looking like a very happy anniversary.

I just want the Vaadwaur Broadsider and the Vaadwaur costume unlocks for some Fallout/Helghast dress up. Though I do wish I could swap out that fugly bridge for anything else; a Voth bridge, a Hirogen bridge, or hell, even the bland Tholian and Origin bridges.
Though for what purpose does the possible T5 APU Cruiser exist (besides being the "Mirror" ship)? Does having one on your team instantly boost all players power levels by 25 points?
Also, I do admit I'm hoping those torpedoes are real and usable as well. I do wonder what type they are (I'd assume quantum-types for both, or at least the AP one and the Trilithium being on the same level as Hargh'Peng exotic torpedos).
It would be beyond hilarious if that Kobali ship is a new Sci ship; though realistically, I think it's an Eng ship. Provided the names of the abilities don't change, the console Regenerative Integrity Field sounds more like an Eng-centric ability, and the Kobali Response Mastery sounds like it could be another Fleet Support or Photonic Fleet-like Mastery (which could tie in with the new Command Specialization).
Also, I do admit I'm hoping those torpedoes are real and usable as well. I do wonder what type they are (I'd assume quantum-types for both, or at least the AP one and the Trilithium being on the same level as Hargh'Peng exotic torpedos).

Only reason why I ask is because, not dissimilar to you, I'm looking for a special torpedo for my Bug ship... and, I have high hopes for Vaadwaur Polaron (gotta be the energy weapon for the new lock box, yes?).
Well, there's nothing listing a new Lobi weapon set (no console to accompany a double torpedo weapon setup), so it's unlikely for now. There's still time until the Anniversary update proper.
And yes, Vaadwaur Polaron is listed as a possible weapon for the Vaadwaur lockbox.
I do hope the AP Wide-Arc Torp can be equipped alongside the Quantum Wide-Arc torp though.
With the second chapter that has just been released, it sounds like a Kobali Cruiser is going to be what's in store. Already feeling greatly underwhelmed & disappointed. Another massive "F U!" from the guys @ Craptic.
It's really interesting that they seem to be going in the direction of a Kobali ship since a large portion of the player-base hates them. If it has the new command hybrid BOff slots, I'm guessing that's the reason they expect it to do well. I don't know why they would, since those new BOff space abilities look really useless unless your team is super coordinated.

To be perfectly honest, I may actually bother to do the daily grind to earn enough Qmendations to hold onto for NEXT year's Anniversary ship, which I hope won't be a lame-o pink ship like this year's.

If I was the Vaadwaur I'd be beyond P.O.'d about the whole affair as well, regardless of our grand scheme.
