Twenty-something days of grindaversary with an alt discount that will not work proplery and will be patched only 1 day before the event ends. And that's the best case I imagine here...
I bet its going to be a ship but quiet frankly, something else as reward would be a welcome change though.
The best items I got for free (grind) the past 12 moth werent ships but rather the Zefram shotgun for ground from last mirror event as well as the kit modules from last winter event.
Perhaps some player trait would be cool but hey it will be a ship anyway.

Nothing has been announced, or even hinted at, yet and we only really have speculation at this point. Not only regarding what the ship will be, but whether some form of grind will be a pre-requisite for obtaining said ship.
It'll likely be something to do with the Delta Quadrant.
We do have some clues, but no certainty and thus a lot of speculation.
We have the Delta Quadrant and previous anniversaries delivered ships flowing from the progression of the storyline.
We have a new specialization on route, command, and thus we can extrapolate that the ship will be tied in with command functions somehow.
The last two anniversaries had ships for all available factions (fed/kdf for 3rd and fed/kdf/rom for 4th) and it's to be expected that this will also be true for the lustrum anniversary.
Tying in the DR storyline i expect a T6 command version of the Nova (Korfez), a T6 version of the Kamarag BC retrofit (this would explain why the counterpart of the ambassador was not a promotional item) and a T6 version of the D'deridex.
The Romulan choice was IMO the most difficult. The D'deridex was one of the few Romulan ships shown in Star Trek Voyager and in TNG/DS9 is was often featured as a flagship.
Having said all that, it's all conjecture until the all revealing dev blog is posted.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
I've said it before and make no apology for saying so again. A T6 Nova would be VERY appropriate considering the Delta Quadrant theme. Harry Kim commands one, and it is, in canon, the only other class of Starfleet ship to have been in the Delta Quadrant (pre-DR).
With harry kim and equinox it's only a matter of time before a Nova variant pops up. Personally i think with the anniversary the chances of this happening are pretty high.

I think they'll save the Kobali Ships for a [potential] lock box. We didn't get Voth ships for our last anniversary event, thus I doubt we'll get Kobali for the next one.

Whilst true of Starfleet, IIRC a Cardassian Galor also found it's way there before being sent back?
While a Kobali ship is possible, if i were a betting man i would not put my money on that.

The Nova Class? ANOTHER T6 Science Ship?
You know it makes sense though especially with the secondary deflector on route.

then you are not worthy of joining the ranks of Section 31.
If you've seen one rogue intelligence agency then you've seen them all.
What sets Section 31 aside from all the others.

From this point of view, I do, yeah, it's just the last batch of anniversary/event ships were the Dyson Science ones, and FEDs already have enough T6 Science Ships.
Cryptic have seemingly ignored Science for so long, and now they're going into overkill.
how this works is you take your old destroyed ship and the kobali will tranform it into a kobali ship just like they do dead corpses lol
Must have missed the memo where it stated the Kobali use organic ships.

Well, kinda. Only for feds though.
Roms and klingons are still stuck with their abysmal choice T5 and lower sci ships. You know you have a problem when the only "good" sci ship in your shipyard is a gimmicky tac hybrid.
If it's necessary to give the feds 4T6 sci ships just so that the others get finally their first I'd be all for it.
The Lockbox ships are going to be Vaadwaur,1 Escort and 1 Battlecruiser, along with Vaadwaur Polaron Weapons, and there's going to be another Kazon ship, a Battlecruiser.

Well I know a guy, who knows a guy, who told that he had a leaked information, which he could back up with a link. I won't tell you which ship it is, that would get this post removed, but it is Delta Quadrant themed, and it was guessed in a post prior to mine. A very small post, I might add.

WHAT on Earth would the Kobali be doing with a time ship! If that doesn't just mean limited availability...and not, is it compatible with the existing time ships?
Urgh...it's the one thing I'd like, is tapping back into the best idea the game ever had. Temporal Science

Maybe its somehow related to the stasis Harry Kim story.
Comments
No.
Anyone who pretends otherwise, no matter how certain they sound, is just guessing at this point.
