Adding a decay value for dilithium. At the end of every day, 5% of your refined dilithium 'decays' away, to prevent you accumulating too much. Rationalised as dilithium having a very short half-life or something.
Below are costs in refined dilithium and is per toon, not account wide.
25 dilithium every time the game auto saves your progress. But in case you do not have enough dilithium, the game is saved once every two hours so that you do not loose too much progress.
100 dilithium fee to enter a STF mission.
200 dilithium to enter the Winter Wonderland.
By default toons can only walk. 100 dilithium for the ability to jog for 20 hours. An additional 500 dilithium for the ability to run for 20 hours.
10 dilithium fee for accessing bank slots each time.
50 dilithium fee for accessing account bank each time.
100 dilithium fee to access the Exchange.
250 dilithium fee to access the Dilithium Exchange.
1000 dilithium inactivity fee. After 3 days of inactivity, 1000 dilithium will be deducted from each toon that has not been active during that time. This "maintenance fee" is charged on a daily basis until the toon becomes active again.

Ive got something like $900 worth of T5 starships that were totally outclassed by T6 ships, 'n if they weren't they surely will be as new T6 ships come out and you think we should give them MORE??
Let's not forget a 250 Dilithium penalty for each tribble you allow to grow in your bank or inventory and another 100 Dilithium disposal charge for each one you get rid of.

Alright folks, here it is. Cryptic needs our money. There are far too many systems in the game that we get for free and I think we should monetize them all. Here are my suggestions with suggested cost:

Wow! Seriously?? And you expect casual players that are using their Dil faster than they can accumulate it on upgrades and such to use Dil for a simple transwarp??
I tell you what...the day these moronic ideas are implemented is my last day playing STO, and I'm sure there are tons of players that would do the same.
I dumped over 1k real $ in this game-and now the bottom line is-i just dont enjoy it anymore-maybe ill be back if they ever bring some 'fun' back to the game

Don't forget, our ships run on Dilithium. So lets say 500 dil when entering or leaving a system. 100 dil when transitioning between maps during story missions. Oh and don't forget the constant dil drain when in sector space. I'm thinking 10 dil a second?

ok in dollars and cents by cryptics current value on digital content witch is not real not a real item with mass that if the power goes out its all gone for all meaning of the ward gone and with cryptics values my account is worth 10s of thousands of dollars between hundreds of hours logged in a lifer subscription $200 us on sale and over $900 micropayments far less than the average and mean because those that start playing after paying over $10000 and a month later are past my level of progress and with delta rising completely out class my gear now before free to play models came to be a person could only pay for access ranging from $400 to $900 those games neted more than box office hit in thare first year far more an enuff to keep the game going for 5 more years I know for a fact sto delta rising neted more than all of those in preorder content perchases that came 2 months before now it is 2015 the net value has got to be more than all of those pre free to pay games ever thought thay could net thare is just no way it makes sense thay are struggling the server tech is 5 time more powerfull but most inportand half the cost of 10 years ago
players have already quite becose thares little to no mantenence being dune to sto that is effectively made leaps and bounds to greed content stuff you have to buy to replace the old or be out classed when a rich kid can start playing and have 10 grand to spend in sto first week to get about 2 years ahead thare no real test to one self in pvp so all those that enjoy fair pvp and understand that is truly lost with delta rising cryptic looses all those players but this goes for the mmo comuity as a whole vs free to play turning into pay to win then shortly pay most to win mo players are getting tired of the trends I my self am on my 3rd game ruined by getting to the point of pay the most to win now stop this greedy madness or you may find you only have players that enjoy cheating with a credit card number witch as already can be seen is not enuff for the endgame activities

I am quite sure that this has been their plan for a while. Because then the XP nerfs make a lot more sense.
