Due to the recent events surrounding the banishment of all things DOOM (isnt this actually a double negative? doom is doomed, singularity formed?), we the players hereby inform you that we have placed sanctions on all Bacon exports to PWELaughingTrendy.

The Bacon is DOOMed until we get our beloved DOOM back >=/

    Well... this should be entertaining.

    Do I watch this thread or the TNG Episode "The Samaritan Snare"? It's the one with the Pakleds. And their ship the Mondor. Love this episode.

    Doom removed or locked as before?? Its critisism of their game we cant be having that now can we!! Same as fun, teaming or pvp its not acceptable in game time so it is kicked in the goolies :)

    Criticism is one thing, but I think some of the doom threads were getting hard to police with all the trolling that would happen. Too many people saying things just to get a rise out of others and before you knew it, a full on flame war was going.

    I think it is a good idea to keep communication open for suggestions obviously, but at the same time I can see why they got closed. If people are going to constantly come in and derail the threads, no point in keeping them open.

    Same question that's asked after every expansion. Yet time still goes on, and STO is still here.

    The Doom Thread was closed, but it's time was done. Discussion of moderation is futile.

    It's time for making something new, which will come about early next week.

    What will it's theme be?

    Maybe suggest it here. See if you and your science crew figure it out first.

    perhaps PWE is regressing its position, and cryptic is removing queues, loosen up the grind by a long way, level 51 - 60 content actually gets XP rewards, the old stfs have been fixed and returned and an immediate patch for ww includes less grind on top of a massive bug fixing?

    as for the forum, perhaps going to find more volunteers to police the forum, a less authoritarian regime and more purposeful forum, one that includes the devs and community staff being more open with their community instead of antagonizing the issue further?

    thats my guess to the triple dog dare. perhaps its too much for trevor and this team to handle? :P
