That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.
Within the Last 3 Weeks it takes around 20-25 Minutes for any Queue to Pop....
that includes the Normal Space STF's which used to take about 30 Seconds for a Team to form...
No one seems to be playing the PvE Queues.
If this Poll is intended to designate some Queues to be removed or changed to special events, than I vote for Vault Shuttle and Storming the Spire... Those are never active, and they never have been.
right now all queues list 4 or fewer peopled queued for everything, with a number containing 0 and no estimated queue length.
That is half the trouble is theres no point in sitting in an empty queue hoping it will fill. Additionally that increases the chance of people less experienced then me (I havent had the oppurtunity to play most things on advanced yet) so the failure rate is so much higher, which leads to people not queuing, which leads to empty queues...

It would be easier to just name those which pop. Which would be Kithomer space, Infected Space, Crystalline Catastrophe. Azure nebula advanced also pops, but takes longer than the other three.

These are the only ones that I can get to pop within 2 mins of joining:
Infected Space (Advanced): 30 sec to 1 min, before DR it was near instant
Bug Hunt (Elite): 1-2 mins
Everything else is going to be a 5+ min wait, if it pops at all. Since my time is valuable, I don't queue for anything that takes that long just to run the risk of a PUG.
And these are only the ones I personally would play and are inactive.
You don't want to know my suggestion for how to fix that problem, but I'll give it anyway. Make queues give a decent amount of XP. More than the Argala patrol.
Say what you will, at least Tau Dewa Patrols leveled up people reasonably fast, so after a short period of slow queues... there would be back on again. At least the worthwhile ones.

Okay, here goes:
1) Starbase Fleet Defense: almost always 0 players (of the 20 needed); and the few that are occassionally queued leave the queue, after a while (presumably, because they have to wait too long, or got queued elsewhere). I never had to wait for that one, at all. Since DR I haven't been able to play this one at all, like ever.
2) Borg Disconnected Advanced. Almost no one queues for it, as the fail conditions are too stringent.
3) Starbase 24.
Maybe I should turn this around: the only ones I can currently queue for, and hope to actually play, are Cure Space Advanced and Federation Fleet Alert. The rest is just deserted. Even CSA can take 5-10 minutes queue time.
Infected: Manus (Advanced)- Queues wait is typically 5+ minutes. This started after the auto-fail conditions were added, before this it was a 1 to 2 minute wait. Along this line of thought, It can be hard for teams to know when they are going to trigger an auto-fail. I should add, I have yet to beat this STF while PUGing after DR.
However, as others have said perhaps you should be asking for which queues we CAN queue for, it would be a far shorter list.
The running theme in all the empty queues are the auto-fail conditions make them not worth the time to even attempt.

I'll be honest this is the first issue the KDF only ones never pop unless you sit in them for 3 hours or more as in colony invasion, SB incursion and fleet alerts, big dig, etc those need to either be put in as adventure zones, cross faction, or just removed from the game as in the really old ones that predate starbase stuff.
As for the advanced and elite the problem is the playerbase as a whole which I won't rant at Cryptic for using this as an excuse on this issue. Your playerbase as a whole are people who either never played a mmorpg before this one or come from games where they just spam one button to win(optionals will/are something these kind of people cannot comprehend). Infected space and bug hunt are the only 2 queues you can go into and know you'll succeed all the other ones are just fail/doom right now.
Edit: One suggestion I have on starbase stuff since its dead even on fed side now is that they be made cross faction. Although I do suggest it be changed somewhat where we have a starbase assault mission would be more fun than the blockade since no one ever does that and if they do they don't understand the point of the mission is to save the freighters. Since we have no queue content for raiders to raid :P

I'm sorry Smirk, I can't give the information you're asking for as since the launch of Delta Rising, I have only done one queue that wasn't the mirror event, and that was an instance of Infected Space Advanced. I don't think I had to wait that long, but it was useless as we failed because if I recall some idiot went right instead of left with the rest of us, which ties in to the point of this post. I can not speak for others, but the reason I have no interest in doing the queues is due to the rewards. If Infected Space Advanced is what Infected Space Elite or whatever it was called before, only a little harder and now failable, it should still be the 960 dilithium it was. I think this is why there are such issues getting people in queues. The rewards aren't what they were used to be versus what we're putting into it, and I for one am disillusioned. Put the rewards back to what they were, with NewElite now getting 1440, and possibly bring the old conditions back, and you might see population back. I'm sorry this isn't useful in the way you want, I just thought perhaps it could serve as a useful observation that could be passed along.

I'll second a call to boost the XP. Make the queues an attractive way to level, and the players may come back.
