Do you have any real intention of fixing this? The whole "bugs take weeks to blah blahblah" thing has been debunked by the freaking backflips you guys do the moment the players start to get ahead. If not just say so, so we can get refunded our lobi to spend elsewhere.
They "fixed" Tau Dewa so fast The Flash couldn't run fast enough to keep up.
Credit cards Chargeback is particularly useful where the cost of the goods or services was under £100 and Section 75 doesn't apply. For all credit card transactions over £100 you also have rights under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
Chargeback can apply if goods are damaged, NOT AS DESCRIBED, or the merchant has ceased trading.
The main requirement for getting your money back through chargeback is evidence that there's been a breach of contract.
Confirmed, resolved. I got 3 R&D mats from about 12 space mubs with my new cute "Xenia" gurl. However, they were single drops and only common so far. A bit disappointing, because it's just a 10 purrcent chance below 25 purrcent hull and I think it should be possible to get 3 commons in one go, or 2 uncommons / 1 rare.

What you guys aren't seeing is that there's a 12-second cooldown (I think it's 12 seconds, anyway) applied to salvage specialist that isn't mentioned anywhere in its description, but it's applied to your ship, not to the energy weapon that got the proc.
With the talaxian boff on your ship all your weapons get the modifier to have the chance to drop mats on it like when it adds the plasma proc to weapons. Also the timer seems to allow you to get only 1 mat from that 25% hull and below unless it has a ton of HP which case ive gotten to proc twice like a boss ship.
I have gotten arganite gas from a drop so its not limited to common items. What i was hoping for was R&D components because they would be more likely to drop off a ship than the raw materials.

Not convinced there is a cooldown on this. I've definitely picked up more than one inside a twelve second window. In fact I've had them pop as frequently as within 8 seconds. I know because my notifications clear after 8 seconds and I've had it displaying three mats I've collected before the top one has cleared on occasion.
Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.

So I tested out a captain with this trait and this is what I found. I do no think it is worth it. MY first concern with this trait is that as a captain the actual captain trait is not that useful. All you effectively get is 5% bonus to heals. the team skill point bonus is useless for one main reason. The Loyalty buff cancels out the 700 day buff. The only way to get the loyalty buff is to have a lts and all lts automatically gives you the 700 day vet reward. The fact that one cancels the other means it is not doing anything special.
So I went ahead and tested the salvage trait on a talaxian captain level 3 in a connie and 3 beam arrays using bfaw1. For this chart is had been in pure steady combat with a target less then 25% and these are the results I got. While the the extra materials are nice it will take about 5 hours of combat on elite with a target under 25% to get a chance at a purple. You do get more when you play on elite. On normal it this trait is not worth it as most players with an lts would probably still have a large stock pile from the conversion. If you are not a romulan then the boff might be worth it but it will take a long time to gather the resources to justify the 40 mil price tag on the exchange.

Confirmed. I've had quite a few uncommon, some rare, and I'm pretty sure I even saw a very rare pop up earlier when I was killing things.
