ok 2 days ago my fleet was running 50 active members at all times the best since season 9. Now almost everyone has left...To top it off almost all PVE queues are dead and hotspot area like ESD / Q'Nos are all but shells of what they were...

I noticed last night the ground maps were very empty...which was pretty depressing because I prefer the ground missions. I haven't checked today. And I haven't been back long enough to know the trends, so we'll see...

Which is still very bad, since it is both weekend AND dilithium weekend. "Normal" numbers are very very bad in this case.

Well, I've been pretty busy in CO, because the annual Takofanes Blood Moon just started, and I've got a toon made specifically to confront Takofanes. Also, I had to restart the Visible Man (a different toon) after I accidentally screwed him up while trying to rebalance his powers, and I'd kind of like to earn back the levels I threw away. So, in essence, I've been occupied. When I've been in STO, it's mostly been around Nimbus III (which was crazy busy last night!), because I'm leveling a new captain with the intent that by the time I've cleared most of the stuff in the Alpha Quadrant and am ready to head for Delta, I'll already be high-level quite legitimately (I've also got a 50 on my emergency backup account who still hasn't done the Coliseum, so I think my odds are good).

So yeah, your snapshot might be for different reasons than you imagine...

I have been noticing the same thing. Tthe queues look deader then a old door TRIBBLE. Additionally, many fleet mates stop logging in. I myself have no reason to play any content considering the huge XP nerf so I ran some Doff stuff and the 20 hour R&D. Pretty much logged off after that.

Considering this is the start of the dilithium weekend and free lobi. This is not promising. I have been noticing due to the events of this week. Cryptic is rushing fixes creating more bugs. Cryptic pretty much alienated a major majority of it's players from newbies, casual and elite player in one week!

Although this is the most successful launch, ever!

Yeah , and add to that the "minority" who prefers to post their displeasure on the forums instead of grinding Dil on a Dil weekend ... .

Yep, both friend and I can't even be arsed to convert excess rep marks to dil with that stupid 15 sec 50 marks = 750 dil project or use mining claims.

No doom, just despair.

The player count from my circle who have quit hit 7 this morning. It's frustrating and Cryptic knows it otherwise Stephen would NOT have replied to to the issue at hand.

20K dps to finish an advanced (formerly elite) stf? They were supposed to be the same.

Grounds are doable... but they were a joke to begin with.

Management does not play the game. Development doesn't QA the game, we do.

The number of active players on Friday in the channels... ESTF and PEST were down by almost a third in the last few days. That's NOT consistent with a new release. It should be higher.

They are all busy with their second and third game account so they just forgot to contact you as they have huge amounts of fun spending tons of money on zen.

My fleet also has had only myself and one other person on thins evening, when usually it is well over a dozen at any one time. Also has anybody else been crashing dureing PvE since the release of DR? I crash usually once a night that I play , but am usually able to get right back on into the game and then not crash in any other PvE's the rest of the night. Usually happens once and than not again til the nxt night I play. However tonight when I crashed and jumped back on to finish the game I found myself with a 2 hour penelty for leaveing. Had not happened before with all the other times I crashed. Nice way to make a guy whos been playing for 3 years, and dumped a stupid amount of money into the game, to feel welcomed. I knwo they wanna penalize people who leave in the middle of a PvE intentionally , but when my computer has never crashed before DR and now crashes since release of DR, well I guess its another case of u didnt do anything wrong but we gonna make u pay anyways. I luv Strar Trek and truly enjoyed laying casual and even putting money in the game becasue it helped make up for my lack of skill in playing lol. But the fun seems to be diminishing day by day....and that sux. I will still attempt to play where I can, but cant see putting money into sumthing that just isnt that much fun anymore. Great business model.

The funny thing is, most people would interpret this post as trolling. But it isn't.

It's actually happening. I brought a friend from teamspeak who hasn't played since S9 came out, and he said this was "Hell Rising". He also added that the new "Difficulty" that the devs added was the "Spawn of Satan".

Needless to say, he took his 50$ a month, and his fully upgraded Oddy and GTFOed after I played with him for 20 minutes.

You gotta do something real bad to make a 4 year vet of this game quit in 20 minutes.
