Known Issues:
The current XP gained by defeating Elite NPCs does not match the value of Holodeck at this time but will on the next patch to Tribble.
The “Azure Nebula Rescue” queue is still not available.
Federation Aligned Romulans sometimes receive KDF aligned Duty Officers for the R&D Assistance Assignment.
Level 15 Crafting School Traits are awarded when reaching level 1.
The 20 hour crafting project start button for each school is sometimes grayed out.
I do not see the XP bug currently on Holodeck being addressed. Could someone verify if the same incorrect XP conditions are currently occurring on Tribble? If the XP conditions between Holodeck and Tribble do not match and XP is at proper levels on Tribble, this needs to be addressed so the correct higher XP WILL push out to Holodeck. Please advise.

Awesome patch, so much unexpected stuff! Can't wait to see what the Aves class looks like with a more traditional Romulan material (I suspect my protonic polaron build will look completely "off" on it with one, though) and the new Intel material on my Faeht. Lots of other cool changes in here, extra VO gives me a reason to take another char through the story, kind of odd they weren't hooked up for launch, though.
Shame there's nothing in here confirming if the XP changes are intentional or a mistake. I personally don't really care one way or the other, but an official word would be nice.

Second this - are the current XP reductions operating as intended?
The customisation options are NOT part of that problem. Having him in a Starfleet uniform was actually a highlight of the Delta Rising mission set for me. Taking that away is supremely disappointing and yet another nail in a coffin I don't want closed.

I only care about changing his uni, I could care less about his facial and physical options. This is yet another disappointment in what has been a disappointing expansion... I only hope the changes I made to mine stay the way they are
i seem to still be missing spec points, your last patch notes said xp got buffed which was an outright lie, and you have the time to **** with stack splitting? really?
stack splitting only exists because you couldnt be bothered to go in and change existing items to be in accordance with new bound status.
The Hierarchy is correctly titled Bridge Officer instead of Duty Officer.
Hierarchy Bridge Officers now generate a name when received.
Seriously, what is wrong with you guys? Just when I thought you might actually open up the tailor for all the rewarded Boffs, you go and lock it up for the newest one.

ya knew that wasn't going to last. I'd actually prefer a whole spectrum of weapons, as long as they keep the acc3. not going to hold my breath there though
The Dkyrs Support Craft now heals the player, friends, or the target of your foe depending on who the player has targeted.
The shuttle has increased maneuverability.
If defeated, the shuttle will turn off correctly instead of just sitting in the same spot.
all these little tweeks this has gotten over time, its got to be someones favorite. but no one ever bothered to make a fleet version, so you could at least get an 11 console version now
Added brand new Sector Map backgrounds to all Sector Maps.
Added custom icons for important locations on all Sector Maps.
Adjusted the minimum, maximum, and default zoom of the Galaxy Map.
that sounds interesting
MISSING from this patch is an explanation why xp from kills on elite was reduced by SEVENTY PERCENT. you are aware an npc that takes approximately 20 times longer to kill, that gives only 3 times the XP, is VERY POOR GAME DESIGN, right? and advanced is no better, 10 times longer to kill, for the SAME to +10% more XP.
people played on elite because there was an XP incentive too, now there is 0 incentive, and playing on normal gives you more XP for your time. you are doing it wrong.
After completing the Scotty drink puzzle, players can talk to the Drozana past bartender to buy Nerve Tonics to go.
These tonics are limited to once per play through of the episode.
Are these tonics still unique items ? I still don't get why they had to be made unique in the first place.

I agree. When Worf joined the Federation, was he walking around the ship in smelly ol' KDF garb? No. He fell in line and ran his station dutifully. I expect my boffs to do the same. Therefore, all unique boffs should be (at least to an extent) customizable. Even Neelix had the decency to don a commbadge!
Guys, the 70% figure is pointing to a possible coding error, as you get a 72% loss by dividing instead of multiplying skill points by 2 as it stated the calculation is performed in the last Holodeck patch notes. That's why I'd like to see if we can get hard numbers on Tribble to see if the same problem is occurring there as well.

To anyone that has already obtained the Heirarchy Boff - your version will remain customizable, even though it is an obvious bug. Made more obvious by the fact that KDF players can put him in a Fed costume, and he has no arms when put into short sleeved uniforms - things like that.
All of the negative remarks about us doing this because we "hate giving players options" or other such nonsense, I frankly find a bit insulting. This Boff was made this way simply because the art time isn't available to address all of the customization options that are clearly 'broken' in the current iteration of the officer. We knew that would be the case when first creating him, and so customization was supposed to be unavailable from the outset.
So we're fixing the bug. That's it.

Between its fragility and the above, are we to take it then that "not correctly" meant they WERE being affefcted?
Many of the listed entities were being affected by Kinetic Magnet's pull, even though doing so had little-to-no effect on them. They were doing nothing but eating up the target cap on the ability.
About half of all Mines were incorrectly flagged to not be affected by this ability, as well as a small number of entity-torpedoes.
Both of those errors are addressed in this patch. The ability should now be affecting only intended targets, and doing so far more reliably and effectively.

Will KDF players with the existing bugged version have their boff changed to the correct faction so that he will beam down or be trainable in science skills? Or, will there be a way to reclaim the fixed version?
When is the dilithium exchange going to be fixed? I still cannot sell Zen for dilithium (unable to create dilithium exchange offer) and many others are experiencing the same problem?
When are we going to get a comment about the XP nerf? The missing specialization points? The broken Mac client? The bugs that have been around for years and have yet to be fixed (surround sound crackling, chat window resizing by itself, Deep Space Nine voting, etc.)
Please stop adding features until you've fixed the existing ones. All development resources at this point should be devoted to fixing bugs, not adding in more features to pile on top of ones that don't work.
Bort, could you please address the XP problem? I'd like to know what the current status is in tracing the problem and also whether you are seeing the same conditions on Holodeck and Tribble.

Now shaddup about the queues, it's a BUG
However, on the Female Odyssey Long Jacket, the base/jacket color, now incorrectly colors the 'inner' collar as well. It's not the case for regular, short jacket or the Dress jacket. What I mean is here - it should be the second 'bar', which should affect the collar color, as previously

It's still a massive step backward for the BOFF though. It goes from something players would use to something players will skip.
For better or worse, Cryptic is on thin ice with a lot of people who have in the past supported them. Things like this don't really help, do they?
