Unable to Authenticate

    Hi Sir,

    Ok sorry, so this is the correct Thread !

    I Am unable to Play on neither of My 2 Lifetime Subscription-Accounts; it says "Unable to authenticate".

    In the past I Had this problem before ; I always could Fix the problem, by Logging in on My other account, and then Logging off and then the "Unable"-account Logged in normally.

    But this time it escalated ; neither of My 2 Accounts is available this time.

    For how long is this going on please ? I sincerely Hope I Am Able to Play in a short while...


    Please help Me out on thisone guys, because I'm eager to Play STO !

    Launcher shows servers are up, but account isn't allowing logging in. STO Status website states servers are down however. :(

    Actual California Time is 1:33 PM. I know because I live there... :)

    I am glad i am not the only person with this problem. I ran a virus check to see if it was my computer playing up I know its not I take it we will just have to be patient lol

    they know of the problem, people need to read the thread and sop complaining about how they aren't doing anything about it.

    I think it's just a regional thing because I'm in the same timezone as cryptic (20 minutes to 2) and I did not have any problems when I successfully logged into the game.

    I don't think it's targeting anyone or any area in particular. Seems to be a pretty widespread issue. It's annoying, but we just gotta wait for them to get it together.

    Just chiming in from Africa to say i'm experiencing the same error. Thought the problem was on my side (usually is, crappy ISP), but saw this thread and now i has a sad. another days dil mining wasted.

    then the clock at the bottom of the thread page is on standard time, not daylight savings time . which makes trying to find events like livestreams difficult, at best. until this issue from a spaztic tribble is resolved, i like the rest of us , will hangout on this thread veching about the fact that we can't logon

    Same here. can log into Arc, into my acct and obv into forums but not the launcher... booo!

    Its inconvenient but Im glad to see at least its not just one of us .. :(

    Just keeps saying .Unable to unthenticate. I have even done a password change. and tryed different proxy.s aswell. Not happy 2nd fault over the last few days . come on STO people get it fixed.

    Same, attempts to log in are met with unable to authenticate.
