No more "Beam down and press F at five separate places on the map in a row."
No more "Warp in and defend a base against three mobs of not very good ships followed by :::drumroll:::

I wasn't trying to do anything more complicated than turf protection. This thread has been a small sample of sanity awash in a sea of self entitled idiots all shouting at the top of their little digital lungs. Because everyone knows volume is an acceptable substitute for logic and reason. This thread adds some badly needed levity to the place. And with all the Uber serious FanBois around here slavering at the bit to prove how correct their viewpoint is at every opportunity, the aforementioned levity must be protected. Without humor, there can be no balance, no harmony. When this balance is threatened, it must be defended. As coldly and as ruthlessly as possible. Because the Uber serious FanBois will ruin the whole place otherwise.
At 52 years old I do not, as a rule, suffer fools gladly. Nor do I feel any obligation to protect someone from their own stupidity. I have discovered that turning humor onto someone full force is a highly effective way to get the FanBois to stay away from me. Because the one thing they all have in common is they dread the thought no one else takes them as seriously as they take themselves.
The above has been a small peek inside my skull. I hope others find it as disturbing as I do. Lucky them they aren't in here 24/7. We now return you to your regularly scheduled...wait for it!...Steady there, lads! Not yet!...Now! DOOOMMM!

Why do people assume all the Falcons are Crusader in outlook? Among the BloodNamed warriors, I can think of more than a few whose outlook is distinctly Warden in both thought and deed. Letting members of the Warden Clans into STO really will doom the game.

Most of my experience with the Jade Falcons has been with Crusaders. I think even Khan Pryde leans that way.

The Clans are not much better, except perhaps the Ghost Bears.
Anyway, I suspect the Jade Falcon's days may be numbered. Malvina Hazen was more insane than the worst Smoke Jaguar butcher ever was, dragging the Clan down. And there are rumblings in the Homeworlds by 3145 that point to a major event in the near future.
Actually the Inner Sphere Great Houses would do a more complete job of TRIBBLE things up, but somehow manage to keep STO limping along and postponing Doom for hundreds of years.
Today after so many months of barely looting anything good, I won so many cool drops including enough Contraband to start the Dilithium mission at DS9! It was a great day for plundering deep space!! Woohoo!!
