    good. For a moment there I thought I was the only one having issues...

    And there I was gonna log in for a few while the other MMO I play was doing extended maintenance. Sheesh....

    Cryptic, would you actulaly like me to spend actual Money? It's Simple:
    • Full, Story-driven, select from start 1-50 Klingon Side
    • Scrap current Lock Box & Lobi system for something more reasonable
    • Expand Dil and Rep/Fleet Marks to regular story content

    Yes, it seems to be a widespread issue... wide enough to affect me, anyway.

    Darn. Now I will have to, I dunno, go outside and get a life or something. What a nuisance.

    same here, and nopes it is worldwide issue.
    Guess it has something to do them taking down that 15 lobbies event.

    :(nooooo! I hope this gets fixed fast.
    The dress is gold and white. Over 70% people says so. When viewed from a certain screen angle it appears blue and black. The dress displayed on amazon is a blue and black dress, but it's not the same dress in the picture. If you're seeing blue & black you're slightly colored blind. A normal upright screen = white and gold.

    Nope I'm getting the same problem. I was switching Characters and got disconnected and now I can not get back in.

    Aye, getting "Connection to the account server timed out" when trying to log in.
    Mac mini Server (mid 2011): 2GHz Intel Core i7, 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3, Intel HD Graphics 3000 512MB
    OS X El Capitan 10.11.2

    I have had this problem for the last 2 hours.

    I've reinstalled the game and managed to get on briefly to find out many other people running into trouble.

    One player has had a character stuck in a turbolift for several hours!

    Someone please call cryptic maintenance team to get him out.

    Well, the game seems to be down for a number of people. That's money lost. I doubt Cryptic would take longer than a day to fix this.

    Widespread problem, when switching characters or logging in people are getting this error message.

    Add me to the list. Disconnected and dumped to the login screen. Trying to log back in and it won't get past connecting to the account server.

    *sigh*

    And now the game crashed and the launcher is Unable to authenticate. Great, just great.

    Launcher unable to authenticate as well.

    EDIT: Central Europe here. So looks pretty widespread or just universal.
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    This issue isn't just Europe. I am in the US and I can't access it.


    I wonder if Cryptic knows about their failure yet?
    It is pretty early in Cali right now.

    Yep this what happened to me a few minutes ago. First I was unable to send mail then switched Toons to see if the others were having the same problem and now "Unable to Authenticate".

    In USA btw.

    End of Romulan weekend, server crash. Coincidence?

    It's been laggy all day though.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
