  No. All it has is stripes. Simply have a good look at the suit, and you can clearly see that it is rubber, not fur. It is essentially a 7 of 9 suit covered in rubber bands.
  
  Now if and when Cryptic decides to give us a fur suit, then I will let you have your tigre. But when you are wearing a rubber 7 of 9 suit, that is not a tigre, nor will it ever be.
