There are a lot of people who want the opposite of what you just stated.
Tyr shall give me strength! For the glory of Tempus! I am the hands of Shar! Flames of Kossuth, protect me! Oghma, grant me knowledge! Lolth commands, and I obey!
I'd like the Romulan Temporal Destroyer and Science Ships redone with singularity cores and abilities rather than warp cores. Battlecloak, too please. Right now, it's a sad clone with a birdskin.
For my Feddie:
I'd like to see a set of multi-role ships: An escort, a cruiser, and a science boat with a Commander universal slot that can allow for a true hybrid performance platform.
There are a lot of people who want the opposite of what you just stated.
I wouldn't complain about more Starfleet ships either, mind you.
I just like diversity and cool looking alien spaceships, and thought the future Vulcan cruiser looked cool and always wanted to see what kind of ships other species built.
I already have it (Fleet Ambassador, well, technically a Fleet Star Cruiser Retrofit by the TRIBBLE), but I'd like to have her in 2409 styling with Constitution-style canted pylons just for the perfecting of the perfect.
My dream starship in this game would be a T5 Con- I tease. Actually I would like a Federation Frigate Carrier. Could have two types of Frigates. Miranda Cruisers which could be healer pets or Saber Escorts for pure damage.
Galaxy with a boff build comparable to the avenger or at least in having something similarly effective. Being a tank in a game in which tanking is not relevant is quite a drag just to fly a ship you love from the show.
The ship we should have got from ARC rather than a costume.
Steam users got the Steamrunner Class, so ARC should have given us the last of the DS9 / FC era ships- The Norway Class (excluding the two Intrepid kitbashes).
Console: [Console - Universal - ARC Reactor]
Applies all science based effects active on targeted enemy to all others in a 15Km range.
Cooldown: 3 mins (It's the only thing I could think of with ARC in it's name).
Though I would like... well .
Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though. JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

If I had all the money in the world to buy ZEN, both to buy the ship and to trade for Dilithium for the weapons, this would be my dream setup (As a Federation player):
Ship: Avenger Class Destroyer (Fleet)
Gear Set: Mk XII M.A.C.O. or Dyson Sphere, Dyson Sphere Warp Core
Weapons:
Fore: 3 Phaser Dual Cannons (MK XII Fleet), 2 Quantum Torpedo Tubes (Mk XII Fleet)
Aft: 1 Kinetic Cutting Beam, 2 Phaser Turrets (Mk XII Fleet)
Consoles:
Engineering: Fleet Dilith. Mine (resistances with extra hull health points)
Science: Fleet Embassy (shield restoration, - threat)
Tactical: Fleet Spire (Phaser damage, critical chance)
This is my dream, the one that I know will never come true unless I get a lifetime subscription and this game goes on for another decade, both of which I hope will happen.
Yeah I know it is not balance and that under no circumstances should I be allowed to have one but I still want one. Heck after killing so many of them I should be able to build a new one from the debris by now.
New Orleans Class Frigate - something along the lines of the destroyers we have in game already, Mogai layout comes to mind. I honestly just wish they would allow you to put whatever ship skin on whatever bridge officer/console layout you wanted so long as you have bought both already. Most of my favorite ships are outclassed by ugly cryptic designs.
1: Mandalorian Keldabe class battleship, with a mass driver missile console that does 100,000 kenitic damage with 100% shield penetration and ignores damage resistance.
Now onto Star Trek
2: Xindi aquatic cruiser from ENT, with a hanger that launches NX class frigates, and 4x4 weapons, Inertia of 10, turn of 5.
The Sovvy, as is (boff layout, consoles, etc), but with saucer sep. Preferably the Galaxy version that gives +10 turn instead of the +8 that the Oddy one gives.
After thinking about it a bit, I got an idea on how to make my dream ship work; the Advanced (Science) Escort Refit.
Since it would have a secondary deflector array, yet still be able to use the MVAM console and abilities, it needed some balancing. Then I got an idea: Since it separates and the other deflectors are tied to the other sections, why not just disable the use of the secondary deflector when using MVAM?
That would solve the balance issues pretty quick, like with the Dyson Science Destroyers. The secondary deflector and bonus science abilities are usable when combined, while they aren't but bonus tactical stuff is available when separated. In this case it might have a power setup that shifts a bit depending on the mode, like the Dyson ships.
Seeing as current refits of Tier V ships come with two pieces of special gear, this could be repeated for the Advanced Escort refit by giving it a special secondary deflector as well as a weapon.
This is the kind of ship I'd absolutely love to be able to get and fly, especially if it comes with a 2409 skin.
This is the ship I want most in the entire game. I love the Excalibur's style, and I would love to have a light duty Cruiser / Destroyer with the flexibility of a BoP.

Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!
'Viable' is a word people on this forum should learn what it actually means before they use it.
Second that! My Fleet Defiant runs AP DHC and it's viable as hell!
*STO*Its mission: To destroy strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations... and then kill them, to boldly annihilate what no one has annihilated before!

Of a non-Trek nature, I'd agree. Especially the version seen in the 2199 series.
For STO proper, I'd like a T5 TMP-style Connie. Here's my thoughts on that:
Basically a $20, RA, 9-Console C-Store ship.
Level: Rear Admiral (40)
Crew: 550
BOffs: Commander ENG, Lt. Commander SCI, Lt. Commander TAC, Lt. ENG
Weapons: 4 Fore, 4 Aft
Devices: 4
Consoles: 3 ENG, 3 SCI, 3 TAC
Base Turn: 8
Hull: 36,000
Shield Mod: 1.0
Impulse Mod: 0.15
+5 to All Subsystems
All 4 Cruiser Commands
No Special Console
Thank you for the time...

The defiant...and that is what I fly... having to grind my own personal starbase up to get a fleet version.. but otherwise have all other versions.
Think I need to buy the DS9 bundle at some point to get the right "hallways" or some such.
Has always been my favourite ship and that is all I want to fly.
meh, I'll wait for the fleet version.
