The ships I'd really love to get, however, are a true Advanced Escort Refit (2409) and Federation ship using Romulan tech. Those being separate. Of course, the KDF should also get a Rom-tech ship if the Federation does, which I'd also gladly get if they made it.
The question is, however, what would make the Advanced Escort Refit distinct enough in function to warrant it being separate from the Multi-Vector Advanced Escort? For one, it wouldn't come with the MVAM console, so it would need something else. One idea that occurred to me is it being a Science Escort. I like that. Sort of the science to the Avenger's engineering. The Advanced Escort already has a lean toward science, so it would be justifiable.
For the special equipment, those would be a secondary deflector array and a weapon or console. The secondary deflector could give a bonus to photonic and particle abilities, such as Charged Particle Burst, Photonic Shockwave and Feedback Pulse. It might count as a debuff type due to this. For example, it could give a proton or antiproton carrier effect to tachyon beam, which would add slight hull damage and possibly also returning some power via the carrier effect.
As for the weapon, it could either be a Quantum Cluster Torpedo or an Auto-Targeting Torpedo. The former would split into three smaller torpedoes which total to higher damage if all hit, while the latter would allow for a second chance to hit on miss (or target destruction) via seeking the nearest functioning target. The auto-targeting torpedo could even have a single-hit pierce effect, allowing two hits to one target or one hit to two targets. Would make for some very interesting tactics, especially if either weapon could use torpedo affecting abilities.
Either weapon could work for the Blockade Runner Escort Refit, although I'm not sure which one would work better for the Advanced Escort Refit, AKA the Advanced Science Escort. (You can have that one, Cryptic, the name's on me. Did I come up with that one? I don't recall ever doing such a thing.)
I would like the Blockade Runner Escort Refit to have the Auto-Targeting Torpedo, while the Advanced Escort Refit would have the cluster torpedo. The latter's for reasons which tie in with a mission or two.
For the Romulan-tech Federation espionage vessel, I'd like to see it work via manipulating enemies rather than opting for cloaking. For example, think of the possibilities with just the external holo-emitters. You could hide yourself or nearby ally as an enemy, or trick enemies into attacking each other. It could also have a special weapon or weapon-console which fires a swarm of torpedoes that adapt to a type matching any possible disguise. A KDF version could have type-adapting point-defense mines with holoprojectors.
I would LOVE to be able to fly something like that, just as much as a science-escort Advanced Escort Refit. Let me give you my money.
P.S. I am curious, after thinking about special ship weapons, how a cluster-torpedo which DOESN'T turn into mines would work. Surely it's possible to have a torpedo which turns into a series of smaller torpedoes before impact, and can be affected by torpedo abilities. I'd like to see that.

Voyager doesn't have a lot of hull/shield, but a lot of regeneration. The ship is able to regenerate hull at the end of every episode
You also forget, Voyager had an unlimited amount of shuttle (that usually ended up crashed on some planet), and torpedoes. Probably a console set.
My ulimate dream ship ould be one that had 5 fore and aft weapon slots, 5 Commander Boff slots, 12 console slots, and 4 device slots.
The devestation you could do with a ship like that. But unfortunately it would be like having a one shot kill ship, missions, PvP's, and PvE's would be over in milleseconds so be no fun in playing.
The only alternative would be to seriously ramp up the AI of enemy ships, to make having a ship like I suggest more playable.
A Hegh'ta refit.
Comming with 5 forward slots, a special heavy dual cannon and a hangar bay (the hegh'ta and Haj BOPs have a pretty big visible hangar).
It might have a "special pet" thats called something like "subspace communication array" and calls in other Hegh'tas (totally 2 obviously, using the visuals of the players ship) wich have a decloak animation instead of a "launch" animation and sound but would otherwise behave like the usual pet bops.
I want a keldon FDC with a hangar of 2-4 hidekis depending on whether or not they're frigate or runabout size. 4/4, no cannons. 3/4/3. Cmdr Eng, Ltc Tac, the rest however the devs want to make it. 6-7 Turn will be fine. Call it a FDC, dreadnought carrier, battle carrier, whatever.

Devore ships with the built in MES like these new hirogen ships.
A freighter that could separate from its cargo section for a maneuverability and power boost, while the cargo section becomes a stationary repair or buff ward, like a space combat supply. See the J-Class for examples in universe.

If they stuck a retrofit in the C-store, I'd pay 25 bucks for it, but only under the condition that it comes with an Orion bridge. We saw them in ENT, the reference resources are there, it can be done.
Syouz parts for the Miranda would be nice as well.
I remember talk of an Andorian battlecruiser that could broadside. I think that's silly, but I like Andorian ships, and really want the actual model from ENT in game, so I'd support that.

It would have the hull of a Miranda, the nacelles from the constellation class with two where they normally are on the Miranda and two fastened precariously on top of the roll bar (lashed to the roll bar with some old rope) along with the pod from the Nebula on top of the roll bar which will replace the existing torpedo launchers. The spinal lance from the galaxy x will be duct taped to the underside of the hull and it would have both phaser and photon torpedo point defence systems integrated so as to avoid clogging up the console slots. The ship will also have a completely transparent hull and no toilets.

Oh, I think it's stupid too. That's the whole point. I know it would bother the people who just can't tolerate anything outside of their personal interpretation of canon to no end, and I would pay a small fortune for something that would give them twitchy fits of mouth frothing, screen clawing rage.
I would love to see a fleet temporal destroyer with the extra console in eng. Plus the battle cloak and sing core for the romis. That is of course if we are talking of dream ships.
Special Console, well nothing off the wall OP, but something that would synergize with it being a science vessel meant to explore in heavy combat zones. Perhaps something that gives it the ability to turn energy weapon damage into constant shield regen, something that would help offset the damage it takes, but not so much that it totally negates it. That or perhaps it stores 20% of energy weapon damage in its secondary deflector, and once at full capacity it can either refire it back at the enemy as a nasty beam blast, or it can use it to boost your next particle effect science ability, or can give your shields a full heal to all facings.
(True Dream would be a 5 front weapon science ship, but that may be going over the top)

In general? More alien ships, more diversity. I'd love to see a modern 25th Century Vulcan cruiser that's similar to the 32nd Century one we see in Enterprise, as well as more Andorian and other races' crafts. Maybe a line of Cardassian ships, with smaller patrol or assault craft that look more like manta rays all the way to lumbering fish-like cruisers that supersede the old Galor-class workhorses. Bulbous Tellarite ships. Armed civilian freighters/transports and Q-ships.
Fleet Constitutions/Exeters, Oberths, and Mirandas. You heard me.
