He got me back later, though - was in my Vesta in an Arena just keeping myself afloat with 2 escorts on me - followed by him decloaking and epicritting me Honestly, it was from about 80% to nothing in about half a second.
I was just in a pug PvP arena. Now, if you were on the other team, you'd see my sluggish JHDC and think "it's not threat, I'll just ignore him." Funny thing is, I fitted it like an escort. So once you got held down, purple monster is tearing up your ship, with literally the power of an escort. It was funny and glorious.
Some may say that a DHC/turret carrier doesn't work, but I beg to differ.
Most LOL moment was me with my team on the queues 3 scis 1 tac, and me on my tac with a peregrin fither shuttle, the entire team trying to kill me and me scoring some kills with a 2 mim cooldown rapid fire xD...
We won :P i only died 2 times and did 400k damage xD

IF I PvP it's usually because either my character or a fleet mate's character is working on leveling and is doing the PvP daily. But there are a few highlights....
IIRC this first one was back before F2P. I was at academy queuing Doff projects on a VA character and 2 LTs challenged me.... After the first curbstomping, one of the LTs goes AFK and doesn't respawn and is apparently leeching, so we quit. What was funny? Seeing the guy that didn't quit come after me over and over and over. :P
Another old one was doing PvP to level and getting in a lucky hit on a VA and KOing them.... with a L35 char. Phaser pulsewave to the back of the head! Wasn't a one-shot but close enough... Oh and seeing them go flying across the screen made it even better.
Another more recent one was leveling a Sci Romulan, and using a repeater pistol in PvP... vs a Tac. Poor guy... Tachyon Harmonic + the repeater's secondary fire is deadly... the funny part was seeing him go "Aghhhh!!! WHy?!?! why do you keep shooting me with that thing???" To make him feel better I gave him a repeater pistol later.
Most LOL pvp moments are the dem+marion etc.etc. TRIBBLE who invested a big amount of money (RL money) to be awesome. LolSTO pvp. LOL at current pvpers who using the lot bull... craps and thing they are awesome. This game need money to be awesome. Lol you are all TRIBBLE (exept some who dont invest that amount money, just to get the current craps what makes em awesome (Mini/Emojoe, Cyro/Pantheras and some of their friends who has at least skill. as much an MMO need skill anyway...)

The shuttle queue is rife with potential lulz. To wit, I am running my Widow with Tetryon Lattice, Iso Charge, and TS1, 15 in weapons, 25 in shield, max engines, and plenty of aux batteries. The Lattice, Iso, and Tet cascade are all doing their thing, no surprises there. At one point, however, I have three foes hanging on at ~20% health a piece after an Iso/Lattice run. I'm at around 30% health myself, torps and space magic all on CD, just getting out of firing range to set up for my next strike. I notice that the three of them are relatively well-grouped engaging my teammates, so I do the only thing a rational individual could in such a situation.. I flip a U, pop my jevonite and an engine battery, and it's full steam ahead. Ramming speed! Two die from my kamikaze strike; I am the third victim. Guy #3 circled around to firework/teabag my wreckage and in fitting form the final tiny explosions from our miniature shuttle warp cores claimed his vessel.
To their credit, my opponents laughed with me. All except guy #3. No teabag for you.
The rage i got from a KDF in ker'rat when he tried to decloak and vape a poor fleetless star cruiser in ker'rat, then my mogai decloaked and one shotted his mogh.
Yesterday we q'ed up with a "normal" team:
-tac in a Dhelan (cannon escort no vaper)
-tac in fleet Defiant (cannon escort)
-eng in a Recluse (Healer, Nukara mines without dispersal pattern)
-sci in a Orb-Weaver (Drain, TR3, ES2)
-sci in Wells (CC, VM3, PSW1)
After two minutes we killed 3 Pug's and I had to go afk (cat wanted out).
As I returned 3 members of the other Team left, and the one with a
scimitar was crying: everywhere Nukara-mines, only spam and cheese!
I tried to explain, no reaction. I challanged him with my Wells and he
answered: "I do not know you and I don't waste my time with spamming noob's."
After that he ignored me...dafaq?

I get into a PUG match and realise, for some reason, all my trays are FUBARed. So I duck to one side, put some distance from the Klinks, and frantically start rebuilding. No powers active so I guess I looked like a sitting duck AFKer.
Anyway... a predatory Pegh'qu comes over, sensing an easy kill. Just as he opens up, I finish and start spamming the hotkeys; EPTS and A2SIF fire up, fighters launch, and a BO3-led alpha preps. With some very lucky crits I vape him in a few seconds.
Pure Trek, really; I had a mental image of my (very harassed Indian) chief engineer frantically restarting everything, Scotty-style, while the bridge crew screamed about the rapidly closing Klingon.
Was a fed in a PvP FvK match that was 2v4 for the majority of it. We managed to get 3 kills despite the other team having an uber healer. Finally the uber healer had to go, leaving behind his remaining 3 (much squishier) teammates.
One by one they warped out.
I also tend to LOL at plasma torp users. Downing their forward shield and watching as the heavy plasma torp splash takes them down to half hull is hilarious.
Another great lol is defeating someone who uses cheese after cheese.

I spotted a Negh'var, sitting at a capture point. I head in, buff up, and perform the usual super speed kill. 2 seconds or less later, he PMs "reported" to me, as well as putting me on ignore.. I just lol, really hard. Skill must be against the rules. :rolleyes: Naturally I go to find him again, and do the same thing. He PMs "You are only targeting me that is harassment according to the TOS you will be banned". And I've targeted this guy... twice this match? He comes into a PvP, and whines when he dies.
I of course kill him a third time. He says in zone chat "oh boy lol this guys gonna get banned" while other people are saying that this dude has "reported" them dozens of times with no effect. But in his world, everyone he "reported" got banned since he sees none of them in chat, because he put them all on ignore! XD
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

as i'm choosing my target i see my arch nemesis de-cloaked and vulnerable. as i make my approach i am spotted by another player, scanned, nuc'd, tractored, scanned again, nuc'd again, beta delta and all assortments of debuffs possible are put upon me. for good measure i am scanned again. lol all in about 2 seconds i'm hit with a warhead [that, due to the slow nature of this device, i am sure it was originally fired at previous kdf player] and destroyed in a most glorious fashion!
role playing aside, this player is so exuberant and proud of this hit it is posted in zone chat no less than 3 times and he immediately goes to the opvp channel and pvp forums to boast about how his uber leet skills saved his aft section and destroyed his enemy. giving credit to his allies or the chance\luck of this shot are not even a consideration to this guy lol

My friend and I set a private match so we could have fun doing ramming speed on each other. He was a scimitar, I was in my fleet Defiant. He brings me down to 9% so I can activate GDF, then I cloak, use APA, APO, TF, TT, decloak, use FomM, hit ramming speed, impulse capacitance cell (the impulse burst), and subspace jump. I went speeding by and there was this green poof along the way. Yeah, 1-shotted him through shields (points to sig).
Last few times I've actually gone in the opposite teams had taken advantage of the ability to use every glitch and bug possible along with spamming so much that the server couldn't respond to it all lol.
Basically ppl who can't hold their own in a real battle lol. They get creative when they want to pvp and use their rainbows.

Ignore in combat for most of fight (he is in channel with us anyway, so hearing everything we do, we just playing along at any rate)
