For me, if PW manages to get the rights to J.J. Trek, (don't hate me) I'd like to see A Retrofitted Dreadnought-Class from Into Darkness. It'd be great as an extra skin for the Avenger Battle Cruiser or as its own ship:

Not sure what sort of class they'd fall under in-game, but I've always liked those two. I'd live in them, like the Trek equivalent to Lonestar's Winnebago.
How about no? Based on it being from a completely different timeline, some 200 years into the past? And that's without getting into the real-life licensing rights argument.
Buy the Avenger - it was created specifically to satisfy people who'd seen Into Darkness.
Moving on;
Curry-Class as a Fed Carrier would be nice.
Plus that snazzy Ambassador Variant that's kicking around the internet.
Any non-Fed/KDF/Rom ships should probably be held back, especially Jem'Hadar and Cardassian ones. Don't want to further complicate the possibility of a Cardassian faction, now do we?
Uh...the Vengeance is about the size of an Ambassador-class. The JJverse Enterprise is about the same as an Exeter-class cruiser refit. The Vengeance is basically a scaled-up version with better tech and moar weapons.
The Jenolen was basically a transport ship. Pretty much useless in-game.
Ugh, not more Voyager stuff. We have enough already. Get us more TNG, TOS, and DS9 stuff. Heck, even ENT stuff. A retrofitted t5 NX-class light escort? A temporal cold war story arc? Those would be fine, serviceable introductions.
I LOVE the old Connie refit, don't get me wrong. but I do NOT want to see it in T5/6. I want the shiny new ship. star trek is about the future, not the past.
I would propose a contest for 12 new ships for next year, all fan designed, four for each faction, a new, VIABLE sci ship (4/4 weapons slots ) GASP!! a Carrier, a Cruiser and an Escort. all would have the same Boff layouts for each faction, and a variation on the theme for a console, though personally I would not WANT consoles, something inherent to the ship, that makes the class unique

Vengeance would be even larger, given it dwarfed the Enterprise in Into Darkness.
(This is one of the reasons I hate JJTrek btw, they screwed up things like how large the Connie is supposed to be)
Although not strictly a federation ship you'd think that the Voyager crew would have some info on it to pass onto Starfleet once they got home.

You can sort-of get the look of the Dauntless in some of the Star Cruiser skins. Nomad comes close.

Also, if I remember correctly, the Dauntless had some slipstream tech on it, this would have to be put onto the ship if it ever showed up in the c-store (maybe instead of a console...?).

The size for the JJPrise is all over the place. From various sources, it's anywhere between 1200 meters long (almost twice the size of the Galaxy) to a tiny 200 meters.
Assuming that the info from Memory Beta is fairly accurate, JJPrise is around 120 meters longer than a Galaxy and 60 meters taller.
Bearing in mind that in iD, Harrison says that the Vengeance is twice the size, that would make it close to 1400 meters long and 380 meters tall. That would make it some 500 meters longer than the Scimitar, although it wouldn't be as wide.
Dauntless supposedly becomes a Fed ship anyway when it turns up in Azati Prime.
Is it really? Those ships were just a lazy reuse of ships that appeared in Voyager :P
This game can really use some more RR and KDF ships...The Mogh was a nice addition.
Romulan wise I would love to see some type of full carrier, maybe something with a Sci Cmdr like the Vo'quv and Atrox.
Klingons on the other hand can use some assistance in multiple fields...with Raiders getting a buff soon that still leaves the Escort/Raptor area a bit weak. I for one like others wouldn't mind a Ferasan Strike Carrier comparable to the Armitage/Ar'Kif.
More reason to get it in-game then :P

Correct, "not strictly a federation ship", but the same ship design was seen during the Battle of Procyon 5, where the Federation fought the Sphere Builders (in the 26th Century), according to ENT's "Azati Prime" episode.
So by that definition, the Dauntless design was later reintroduced as a FED design after Voyager's encounter with the fake Federation ship.

I don't really care what it looks like or what class of ship it is, as long as the two (three if you count tier 5) requirements in the first sentence are met. I guarantee that it will sell at least decently well and shut up all the people asking for a K'vort class in-game. Including myself.
