I don't have enough for a ship...but I'm considering the following as I have enough for 2 space items, just can't decide which 2 to get: Elachi subspace torpedo, Bioneural Infusion Circuit console, Tachyokinetic console and Chroniton dual beam array.
I'm considering getting the Tachyokinetic console and the Chroniton dual beam array for the 2 piece bonus and since I fly a tac Oddy with fleet AP beams.....or should I just get the 2 consoles?
Are the beams and torpedo any good? I already have fleet quantum, Omega & Rom plasma torpedos.
...talking to players is like being a mall Santa. Everyone immediately wants to tell you all of the things they want, and you are absolutely powerless to deliver 99% of them.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
The Elachi cannon is the only piece of the Silent Enemy set I don't have, so I'll probably pick it up. It's really the only thing I might want that I don't have (already have the three piece Temporal set, and the upgraded JH ground and space sets, and the Recluse, and the JHDC, and the Mobius, and the two special BOFFs).
i will only spend lobi on things i cannot buy with ec, and with that in mind the only thing i think is worth spending lobi on is the tachy console. i will probably kit out my favourite alts with them.
Torn between the Temporal Beam array thing (It's a few points behind fleet antiproton, but damn son it's beautiful) Or put it towards a palisade fund, As it looks like an interesting ship to fly.
I used my lobi to finish the temporal set on my mobius
Had the elachi cannon and bio console plus the Tachyonkinetic converter. Was contemplating going for the disruption device and the chroniton beam array or a wells right around the time this event was released.
Now, I'm quite pleased to say....i have the wells and full 3p temporal set. It's pretty fun.
OP, look at it this way....
Do you have an elachi ship? go for the elachi 3p.
Do you have a time ship? Go for the temporal 3p.
Do you use all disruptors? Go for the bio console and cannon
Do you use anything else? Get the Tachyonkinetic converter and bio console
I have both of them and - as with the other space weapons from the lobi store - they aren't great, at least in PvE, even when taking into account the set bonus.
The Chroniton Proc is too small to be effective, the weapon only gets 2 other mods and the same basic damage output as rare Mk. XI dual beam banks.
Same goes for the Elachi Torpedo. Same damage output as a rare Mk.X quantum torpedo, while having an additional 2 second reload time. The small boost to disruptors doesn't make up for the damage loss vs. a normal endgame Quantum, Photon or an additional DHC for example.
Imho the consoles are nice for any ship, while the console+weapon or even the whole set is just a nice gadget for people who own the appropriate ship and want their vessels to feel or to do something different. Performance-wise the lobi weapons even fall behind the ones that drop in your average foundry farm mission...
Bit wasteful on my part, and slightly vain, but I bought the Aeon Temporal Shuttle, just for the sweet Wells Skin.
Next will be rounding out my temporal 3p set, have the Tachy console already, so just 2 more to go.
With the lobi I have remaining, I should be able to get the 2nd piece in a few days. Then I'll figure out a way to buy the 3rd piece by christmas.

You know that oldies song "16 Candles" ?
When I get my daily 15 Lobi, I sing that, but replace the words "16 Candles" with "15 Lobi"
HA
I bought the Temporal Disruption Device chroniton torpedo for my t'varo submarine--not the best torp but it gives another option for heavy/normal/spread, and the proc isnt bad with my sci skill buffs.
And I also bought a Tachyokinetic console for my Tor'Kaht. Its not much different than what you get from an embassy neutronium with [+Turn] but the extra little bump in crits is nice too. Probably a waste of Lobi though--another neut would probably have been more useful and would not cost as much in terms of rare resources.
I will have another 200 Lobi soon and have not decided what to do with it yet. I'm looking at a few options:
Rule 62 console to buff projectile damage on that T'varo torpedo submarine
Bioneural console to buff one of my sci ships
Jem Mk XII space set for an Obelisk that might use protonic polarons
Another tachyokinetic for one of the other ships (unlikely)
just got to 800 lobi today and grabbed a what was it a krenn? temporal destroyer for my orion tac , it looks bad TRIBBLE as all hell , specially with all that spikey borg gear on it
Waiting till they next do a lobi sale, then some consoles. I'm normally anti-lockbox so to me this is my only opportunity to get some of the lobi-store items, which means making the absolute most of it.
I just finished the 3 parts of the temporal set, and am planning to get the rule 62 to finish my Mobius build. Tipler cylinder is nice by the way, get a wells guys, it's good.
/luckiest guy in the world, got 2 wells from dil grinding master keys

Thoughts?
What are YOU getting with your Lobi?
I get what affords me the most flexibility (meaning, useful for a wide variety of builds). So far, I've gotten the tachyonetic console and Rule 62 console, since they don't pigeon hole me into one particular build. I opted out of getting the remaining pieces of the temporal space set like the chroniton beam array because you really only maximize their benefits if you fly a temporal ship. Moving on, the elachi lobi set really favors escorts and battle cruisers, so I would recommend that you test it on tribble before purchasing it so you can be sure you like it.
For pure lolz, I bought the voth dino pet. It's hilarious when it walks behind you, and as a bonus, it helps ward enemies away (especially those scary drozana trolls).
weapons for my characters. Started up a fed science officer, got him the elachi hand cannon. EPIC.
Got the sword for my tac officers, whip for my orion female, things like that.

Korath uniform and Voth Light Soldier uniform. Both are extremely worth using the free Lobi, although I'm sure I'll regret it when they have another 50% off deal for a Lobi ship again...

One of my characters is supposed to be a time traveller, so I picked up the temporal jumpsuit, pistol, and rifle.
I've purchased a couple of Mk XII Jem'Hadar ground set upgrades.
I bought one Mk XII Nukara ground set upgrade, back when that was a thing.

MK XII 2 Piece set gives 13.1% to Polaron over the MK XI's 8.1%
Mix in an AMP core for another 13.2% and you've got pretty hard hitting Polarons.
Now, if we ever had similar upgrades for Bren space set... I like visuals on it, but it's not good enough for use.
Post in my thread. Keep it alive...would great having any gear equipped but with the visuals of your choice. no?

Turns out it's a bunch of stuff you'd never consider that sells for big EC on the exchange. Who knew?
Unless i'm lucky enough to get the Wells 1st, then i'm not sure what i'll spend it on.
