Korath uniform and Voth Light Soldier uniform. Both are extremely worth using the free Lobi, although I'm sure I'll regret it when they have another 50% off deal for a Lobi ship again...

The Korath uniform is nice, but unfortunately it has a couple of bugs on female characters: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=782651

For my main, 3-piece Silent Enemy for his S'Golth, plus MkXII JH Ground Set.
For my Orb Weaver sci captain, 3p Temporal Warfare (TDD aft, it's surprisingly effective)
For my Rom's scimitar, tachyokinetic converter.
For a second Alt's S'Golth, just the bio-neural. (Running Nukara refract tet on it)

A tholian sword for each. That's it

I have enough lobi to buy a ship off the lobi market but being that my main character is tactical and I fly escorts that seriously irks me because I currently have only 1 choice to pick from, could we please get a few more choices to pick from, I mean really only 1 ship to pick from a few more options would be nice as most of the decent escorts I would like I would need to buy and sell 2 or 3 lobi market ships to be able to afford them.

Already got the ferengi stuff for my dkora, as well as the whip and clothes for its ferengi captain.

Already got the temporal warfare set for my wells, as well as the aeon.

Bought the adapted bc from the exchange.

And now I'm sitting on nearly 1000 lobi waiting for something to catch my eye...

Hirogen armor is next on my list, though I'll hold off until the next lockbox to see if there's anything else neat added to the Lobi store.

I grabbed the tholian sword to go jedi/sith with a few characters. Other than that, nothing has much appeal to me.

Nothing. I only have 41 so I'm saving it for the next time some becomes available. Then I'll probably get one of the uniforms, or maybe the Relativity rifle.

    What Lobi?
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

Kinda saving for a Bioneural Infusion Circuit, but there's no rush. I'm sure there'll be something else great to come along later.

I spent my Lobby of Fluff.

Really, I have 6 active characters, those will never get Lobby stuff for efficiency, since that would make me poor.
I don't buy lockboxes, so no "regular" new lobby.
If I would buy Item X for character Y from the Lobby store I would just end up wanting a week later for "favorite character of the week" and regret purchasing it for another one.

Nope. Stuff like the Energy Whip is what my lobby goes into. Nothing for efficiency. And I will never have enough for a ship.

I have a ferengi flying a dkora and i bought him the ferengi space set. (altho as the shuttle is tradable i bought that and the shuttle pet with EC off the exchange). I also got him a whip. bcos - WHIP :D

I have a 'time-traveller' feddy sci that flies the mobius/wells and i bought her the temporal set. (altho I bought both the temporal shuttle and temporal shuttle pet for EC).

I have an elachi brain-washed gorn that flys the monbosh and sgolth. I bought him the elachi space set.

I have a hirogen gorn that flys the hunter/apex and I bought him the hirogen space set.

The only other things I have purchased are 2 additional tachyokinetic consoles for my two carrier (recluse and jem dreddy) captains.

I do like people in this thread saying that they do or dont buy fluff from the lobi store. I actually don't use the ferengi/temporal/hirogen sets as they are rubbish, so I actually consider these as fluff!

I have a nasty habit of hoarding my Lobi. But if and when I reach 800 (I have 600 now), then I might (MIGHT) blow all of it on a Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier.
I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.

I've got a Timeship, Mobius and the full Temporal Warfare set for it, so don't need those. I'm tempted to get the Elachi Bioneural Infusion Circuits or Rule 62 Console, but I don't have room on my setup for them anyway. Might get the Relativity weapons to match the ship, maybe the uniform off the exchange.

Failing that I might get the Jem Hadar Minigun for my Jem Hadar Boff.

So yeah, more fluff. At least my alts generate a fairly decent stream of zen, so I can take a gamble with a 10-pack of keys every few weeks. Nothing I want on the zen store either really so see no point in hoarding it up.

I have 930lobis right now. Nothing to spend on. My greatest complaint is the character binds on those items. I have 5 characters, I don't want a costume for only one of them.
Ships, that's fine, they don't fly the same ships anyway, I have a Jem'hadar carrier on one of them, and not really interested in the others Lobi ships.
I have tachyokinetic console on pretty much all of them, and bought the gambling machine when it was new and cheap on the exchange.
I'll keep hoarding them until they release a nice ship.

Only ever got 1 single lobi item.

That was the ferengi missile which I use on an atrox in junction with recharge torpedo reload doff to spam romulan rep torpedos :D

And yes that works wonderfully thank you very much

I usually spend my lobi on ships.

Though I have spent lobi on all sorts of other items including the Elachi set which I thought I was going to surprise a friend with by gifting it to him. Sadly I did not realize those were bound to me. So much for my attempt to make the world a nicer place.

I have bought lots of the clothing items for 1 toon as I am a man and real men aren't afraid to play dress up with their dolls. That and the Rules of Acquisition are just fun to listen to.

I have over 1300 Lobi. Have not spent a single one, but it's not out of disinterest. Oh, no, no, no. There's just too much for me to get! I don't know what to choose at all!

I usually buy as much lobi-store gear as I can from the exchange. The few lobis I could gather (from events) were invested in stuff which is bind on pickup and cannot be acquired by other means: universal consoles, the elachi handcannon (fantastic weapon) and the hirogen armor (nice outfit combined with a cool looking ability).

You chance Dilithium to Zen. Zen buys Keys. Each Key grants you 4+ Lobi. So you effectively have a Dilithum to Lobi converter. :)
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Only if you have surplus dilithium lying around.

The man asked for a way to change Dilithium into Lobi, so obviously he has Dilthiium. :)

And since Dilithium is the easiest currency to get in the game there is no reason for anyone to not have access to it.

Having only recently come into the game, I can't say what Lobi values have been in the past, but it seems that the prices are rather high in the entire store. Up to now, I'm saving mine until I can afford a ship, although there are some consoles, weapons, and consumables that are very attractive from a performance standpoint. At my current rate, I might afford a ship by the end of my first year in STO...
Expendables Fleet: Andrew - Bajoran Fed Engineer Ken'taura - Rom/Fed Scientist Gwyllim - Human Fed Delta Tac

Strictly speaking, I ought to close it. But let's see what happens, shall we?

The conversation is progressing and I don't see much risk that game changes have obsoleted any information in the thread. I may get overruled.

Personally, I've never spent more than about 100 lobi and I've got more than 800 banked. Still waiting for that elusive D'Kora (or some other lockbox ship I want) so I can buy the set for it.

I bought one energy whip for my Ferengi, and still find that both stylish and useful.

Traded in Dyson EV suits for the deluxe model and I've decided not to do that again.

    {snip}

    Off topic... love the avatar!

EDIT: On second thought, decided to close after all. People can start a new thread if they want to discuss.
