    It doesn't "really" affect PvP too much as we primarily use focus fire. Although, it is nice to use faw to clear spam. But in the PvE world, it is pretty huge.

    As others, I don't know if this is intented, probably it's not. I was just saying that it *actually* makes sense. Of course, beam abilities are highly underwhelming, I agree with you. Beams and cannons should basically have the same abilities. A rapid fire, a AoE attack and a heavy hitting one. Likewise there should be single, dual, heavy and turret variants of both.

    Thank God Bran confirmed its a bug, on a related note, beam overload does not seem to be affected and crits within expectation.

    On an unrelated note, hopefully they fix the disappearing batteries! That bug sure is annoying.

    Its fixed in an upcomming patch that's nice... does this patch also correct the FAW proc rate ?

    Its fixed in an upcomming patch that's nice... does this patch also correct the FAW proc rate ?

    it also comes with new keyboards with improved spacebars.

    Well, the problem is, that not everyone is a worthless Aux2Bat-exploiter. Usually i play engineers on cruisers with beams and faw to get the aggro. And not a single char has Aux2Bat because it's useless to have 10 trillion DPS in this game.

    I know, it's off topic but wayne...

    For me this whole A2B-DOff-thingy (the skill itself is harmless) is a gamebreaker. It's useless to rush through an ISE in 30 seconds, it's no fun at all. And i really hate to start a game with randoms just to see that there is someone with an A2B-setup in it.

    And to say "hey, it's fine how it is, you still have A2B" is just... gaah, can't even find words for it. This bug affects everyone who uses FAW, not only the people who have to compensate something with their DPS

    of course the bug that the majority of players actually does not want fixed gets cryptic's immediate attention... while truly game breaking stuff isnt even acknowledged

    no-skill 1button a2b faw boats need a nerf hammer yesterday. i fly a 20k+ scim and its cheap and boring = broken

    Has it not occurred to you that Crit chance may not be the only mod affected by this? It was only recently accuracy had the same problem and we know how Cryptic's bugs love coming back...

    yeah, A2B needs a nerf that jerks it back to 1897. but this bug here also affects people who don't use that A2B-TRIBBLE

    I don't see any notes about this in the 11/26 patch. What's the status on this bug? It's game breaking and I'm not interested in playing until it's fixed. The thought of possibly logging into swtor makes me cringe, please fix this.

    Based on the fact that it was going to be in the patch, but isn't, it looks like it has been promoted to "Working As Intended".

    I sure hope so... This "bug" makes the game more balanced. Maybe the devs need time to think about this. I don't think it's a bug, more like a trial or a test just to see what happens.
    The dress is gold and white. Over 70% people says so. When viewed from a certain screen angle it appears blue and black. The dress displayed on amazon is a blue and black dress, but it's not the same dress in the picture. If you're seeing blue & black you're slightly colored blind. A normal upright screen = white and gold.

    I completely agree. I was sick of being forced into an escort as a tac to be in the top end of the pvp field 'n now i can run a cruiser and do it, this bug renders any non romulan faw boat subpar. the only reason romulan scimitar faw boats put out the sick numbers they do is their inflated crit chance and severity. coupled with the decloak bonuses they're getting from infultrator, nothing else compares.

    You know what beats faw boats? fly out of range. cross heal. target weapons. placate. etc.
    I'm not going to build your ship for you. Stop QQing cause the cookie cutter you got from your friend isnt working the way you expect it to. By that i mean, endlessly shield tanking with only multiple emps1, tss 1 or 2. redundant copies of tac team.

    Clearly you guys know nothing about balance and the way this games is designed.

    Tactical escort = Highest attack power / Low HP. high speed & turn rate.

    Cruiser = High resist and hp. mid attack power. healing. 8 beam arrays

    Science = Low HP, low attack power, High shields. healing.

    Currently it's Cruisers = highest attack power, highest resists, highest HP, fastest Boff powers (A2B). If you can't see what's wrong with this, then you're just sad person.
    Hopefully someone understands this. It's not that hard... Really...
