Ever since the patch i have ben getting FPS that makes the game unplayable. i could run it fine just before season 8 was released, i even done the featured episode and got all the rewards.
This is a joke, i have tried putting all my settings on lowest and that has not made any difference whatsoever.

They could have updated the graphical stuff as well. This might cause a bit more strain on you graph card. Try to use Speedfan to see if your rig isn't overheated.
That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed? This allows the nerf not to be nerfed since the nerf is nerfed? But if the nerf isn't nerfed, it could still nerf nerfs. But as soon as the nerf is nerfed, the nerf power is lost. So paradoxally it the nerf nerf lost its nerf, while it's still nerfed, which cannot be because the nerf was unable to nerf.
Not a bad rig, pretty reasonable stuff to work with. Having shared video memory does take a bit of your 4GB, which is ashame but not gamebreaking.
I see that your driver nearly a year old. Have you tried updating your drivers? I updated my Nvidia from 211 to 313 and I felt stupid for not doing that sooner.
I would like to ask you though to check your laptop's temperature while playing. My samsung will lag as soon my temp is higher then 95C.. (when you cover up your fan outlets) .

The Intel HD is not exactly a power house of graphical prowess. And the new lighting and dx11 mode that Cryptic has in place can be quite straining. The only advice I can give is not just lowering everything to low, but also opening troubleshooting or advanced in video (can't recall what it's called exactly) and disabling AntiAliasing, and toning down dynamic lighting as much as you can. If it's already low, not much you can do afaik.

Now with the newer drivers... Bloom was insanely improved, so I took a little tradeof (better graph / lower performance).
