    Same here.. it is also the third BO on the list. Happened to me multiple times trying to change his outfit at the Captain Table tailor. Seems to happen at random but when it does you won't be able to change the outfit because the game will always crash unless you reboot or travel to a different tailor.

    Also happens to me every time I try to edit bridge officer uniforms.
