Which is kind of funny, considering the source material wasn't exactly a costume fest for the main characters.

Those folks won't be happy until every costume seen on any species, seen on some random walk-by actor, seen in every trip to the holodeck, and more...are in the game...even if the game is all but nonfunctional at that point.

Some of us play the game to play the game...some folks - well, it's their social life. :(

Frankly, I think the only sound advice that one can give new players at this time is to stay away from PVP in STO.

Oi coming to think of it i m positively shocked that TNG scants haven't made it into the game before playable romulans.

Wonder how much it would cost them to contact Hammer...get his dance in as a dance emote - and - sell some pants. Perhaps it could be a c-store package - you get the costume and the dance emote. Maybe add in some summoned background dancers to beef up the price.

Maybe they could do the same with Psy...he's sporting those diaper pants, and all the emotes.

They could add in all sorts of celebrity hairdos as well.

Oh, it would just be so...so...awesome!

Course, none of it would work for KDF - but those folks don't play KDF anyway, am I right?

If they introduce opportunities for non-consensual pvp in this adventure zone, but make the rewards good enough that people are still enticed to come play in it, I might just start logging into STO again. Fat chance of that happening though. :(

I want nonconsenual pvp at work. Those people tick me off every now and then.

It's a PvE game, so there's never going to be non-consensual PvP in it. The question arises would they ever invest resources in a PvP Adventure Zone...meh, which I think many have accepted as being no at this point.

Don't need a lot of resources. A pvp adventure map is pretty much just an open map and you can shoot everyone. Let the player base do there. Not a lot of dialogue needed. Really it would be easy content that could shut up the pvp base for a long time.

I think they are toiling on some starbase pvp thing and if it flops it will be a huge disappointment in how long it took to roll out. Really cryptic drains stop up pretty easy, because they over think the plumbing.
