yeah 1kbps, and after a meg it just stops and I have to reopen it, this is just the next stream in a constant torrent of garbage that comes from their servers. maybe after opening the launcher 148 times ill get the whole patch through. what a joke. these people must be on drugs.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
Since Sto and Neverwinter are on the same server, and patched the same day, maybe they could alleviate patch problems by just combining the games and calling it NeverSTO !!!! just saying....
Why cant you guys do a patch the launcher actually works with?
First it came up "page cannot be displayed"
The it didn't load right
Now it wont patch

I'm really getting tired of this I pay a lot pf money to this game and I EXPECT the freaking launcher to WORK.
its not just the launcher, its the server response time as well, its hella slow right now.
I dont think its the launcher itself but more or less the servers as you need to connect to them in order to get the launcher to execute on your desktop, which is why you get "attempting connection 1" or w/e in the top left sometimes.
Go to Options at the top o' ya launcher. Click Force Verify. Restart ya launcher. It will take few seconds for the files to run, but then presto you're in game.
With STO being on a shared server with Champions Online and Neverwinter, it's no surprise that the server is being bottlenecked with all the players patching at the same time

I'm thinking their more worried about new Zen promo than actually fixing the launcher. I mean as long as people buy zen then why should they care. I usually keep these types of things to myself but now I'm just sick of the daily and weekly issues with things that should never be broken in the 1st place. IF I ever get into the game Ill be looking for my monthly 500 as well. They have screwed that up for so many people its bound to affect me at some point.
I've been stuck at 28% for over an hour! This is getting beyond a F*cking joke. I might go join Star Wars: The Old Republic....Oh God, it even hurts to joke about it..... I'm crying now, because I almost went over to the dark side....Balls, I give up. JUST FIX IT ALREADY!
