Cryptic Game Launcher Has Stopped Responding

I've already posted this in Support, but I figured I'd post it here as well, just for more help.

For the last few months, every time I started Star Trek Online, the Autoupdate would come on, finish what ever it does, then the launcher would load white. Immediately after the launcher window came up, a "Cryptic Game Launcher Not Responding" box would come up, and then I would have to close the program.

The weird bit is that both the launchers for Blacklight and Neverwinter work perfectly.

I have purged and reinstalled all of my Perfect World games 20 times in the last 2 days alone.

Also, when I run a fresh install for the first time, it seems to generate a file called "dbghelp.dll".

Today, I bypassed the launcher by starting the GameClient.exe from the /Live folder but when I tried to log in, it said my connection to the account servers timed out.

I don't have Teamviewer, I have downloaded the new launcher version, I have downloaded and run from Steam, I have run as admin, I have verified the game cache via Steam and I have updated all my drivers.

I have a vague feeling that I may have somehow missed a file, but have no idea where it would be ( I've checked in Users\Public\Games, \steamapps\common, and have straight up deleted Program Files (86x)\Cryptic Studios.

I have no idea what to do now, and am rather desperate for any new ideas.

    Clear you Internet Explorer browser cache.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    same problem but now i can't even load the luancher and clearing the internet cache don't help i did that and after that the luancher won't load

    Have the exact same issue. Even went as far as to reinstall the entire game to see if it would fix it. It didn't.

    when I click play on the game the cryptic game launcher comes up perfectly then it updates itself. I wait about 2 hours for it to finish then it restarts the update all over again???

    been having same issues hope the devs fix this as I was looking forward to see season 8 on tribble looks like I wont be playing it till its fixed shame please devs see this thread and help us get back in game
