I wouldn't expect Tribble to be online any sooner than 1pm (PDT), but even 3-4pm (PDT) would not be unrealistic.

Since They started adding parts of LoR to TRIBBLE...
Almost all of the patches have been between 3pm & 5pm Their time (PDT).
There have been a couple of Saturdays where They did an early morning patch, but those have been very rare.
I am assuming that They spend most of their work day readying what They plan on adding to TRIBBLE, then patch it in a couple of hours before the end of the work-day for Them, just to make sure it has a minimum of problems.
I do hope that the players realize that this IS NOT an OFFICIAL ITERATION of LoR.
So don't expect it to be exactly what we actually get on the 21st.

Europe doesn't have to wait until tomorrow. You do - as not everyone in Europe goes to bed at 10 pm on a Friday night.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Exactly. When the US players are at work a 3 pm, the European players can be testing at their 10 pm. When the US players are sleeping tonight the European players will be awake and testing in their morning, and so on.
There's no grand conspiracy to keep Euro-players out or cheat them out of playing time. Cryptic is an American company based on the west coast. They do things on their schedules.

In America you play STO (till Monday morning), in Soviet Russia STO plays you (till Monday night) :P

If we spend an hour on Nakura getting Nakura Marks can the Breen Doff be awarded to anyone who didn't get him before
Perhaps a special doff or awarding a special token to get a previous tribble or redistricted pre-f2p item. Maybe could get a token for a Veteran BOFF.
I think anyone who has done this a few times is getting a little jaded about a tribble only reward.
