    Still no fix for the Reputation system regarding KDF Female uniform unlock and the Accolades assosciated that bin reported in dozens of topics in the bug section of holodeck. :(

    • Romulan Aliens and Romulan Liberated Borg players can now select traits.

    The reason is probably we're still in closed beta, but still, why are new Fed/KDF characters unable to play the new six-part Romulan mission series?

    And also, since we can't play them, we can't skip them either (it's greyed out)
    Was named Trek17.

    Been playing STO since Open Beta, and have never regarded anything as worse than 'meh', if only due to personal standards.

    [*]All combat pets will now work more like security team.
    • They will remain with you until they are out of combat for a short while, until defeated, or after 5 minutes, whatever comes first.

    If this applies to space pets from photonic fleet or fleet support, good god I approve.

    Added Matter-Antimatter Warp Cores to the Romulan Dilithium Store.

    I'm suprised more people aren't talking about this. Isn't it the biggest change if they will be making singularity cores optional? What will our power levels look like with a MA core vs a singularity core?

    I think those are for the allied tier 2,3,4 ships you can use.
    Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.

    They reduced the time it takes to go out of combat, so these things will probably be disappearing just as quick, they also don't move with you or go after enemies not in the immediate vicinity, to my knowledge, so if you see that there are more enemies just ahead and move to engage, they won't stick around. So I think they should be bound to try and stay within a reasonable distance of you, should primarily target your target (perhaps firing at will or prioritizing mines and heavy torps when applicable), and stay with you until defeated or their timer is up.

    Ah, that makes much more sense. When I read that in the notes I thought to myself: "What's the point of that?" as, surely, they wouldn't be letting warbirds equip them, but yeah... the borrowing ally ships thing would be a reason, lol.

    I keep getting an "Inventory Full" message on every map I enter. My inventory is almost empty. Anyone else having that issue?

    So it's not just a convenience for allied Romulans who dont want to have to go to a hub to pick up a warp core for their allied ship?

    No, I think that it must be for allied ships and not for warbirds. I think I read that warp cores and singularity cores could drop from enemies, and as we all know, just cause you get something as a drop, doesn't mean you can equip it to your current ship.

    when LoR goes live the first thing im gonna do when i get this acolade and emote is find a fed officer that looks like sisko walk up face to face and do the emote LOL :D

    Ship Equipment in Romulan Command Center is still selling phaser beam, phaser dual beam photon torpedo launchers and even the cannon are still phaser instead of Plasma range.

    Some warping out still have the Feds Visual effects.
    On the bridge still getting ally bridge officer on the bridge and the captain ready room library computer still displaying the fed logo visual.

    In The Temporal ambassador mission.
    Can you update the dialog when you begin the mission. Our Science Officer keeping saying starfleet command reports that blah blah like we are part of starfleet.

    During the mission, their is a bug where veril appears in the wrong place, and has the dialog for Tovan Khev when you click on talk to veril. Same with Tovan Khev, his dialog is for satra when you click on him to talk to and his also in the wrong place. He is in the place where the science officer is suppose to be behind Tasha Yar on the bed. Satra has her dialog but she is at the wrong place too. She is at the Entrance, next to Frank drake.

    Is it possible to change Castillo line along with Tasha Yar because I think a Romulan character knows anything about starfleet protocol, let alone protocol 574C.

    The Captain of the Pastak, captain walker first communication with display the galaxy bridge background instead of the walls bridge itself. The whole dialog here is out of context, because we are not part of starfleet so why should starfleet Temporal Directive assist as we been Romulan an all.

    In truth I rather you take that mission away from the Romulan plays and give them their own version of this mission. Something to do with Tasha Yar in the POW camp where is fall in love with the Romulan officer. In another words something to do with Sela.

    High yield plasma torpedo is still bug. When you fire a high yield the green glow effects stays even upon Impact of the target.

    Can scan things in space be update too because its still using the Fed blue visual effects.

    Okay I don't know if it still a bug or incomplete, but upon entering the system Kinkuthanza, Tovan Khev have no Voice over when the first dialog pop up.

    Upon completion of the first transport, the transporter officer by the name Trissa who is a Bolian Initialise transporter beam to the next transport. She is a Fed officer in starfleet uniform.

    Engineering ground power: drones should be update as well I don't think the Romulan should be using fed tech. Can we get the visual of the Fabrication Shield generators updated to green instead of the blue fed looks

    During temporal ambassador look for hiven he is on the cot behind and upstairs of tasha yar talk to him and if it hasnt been fixed will refer to himself as satra....you female sci BOFF :D

    @ Environment Devs


    Two things:

    1. The new Equipment booth at Romulan Command is clipping through the wall. A gently push should do the trick.

    2. A part of the ceiling in the back / aft section of the Shuttle Interior is missing. Great view, but maybe a bit too much fresh vacuum.


    Very nice Shuttle Interior by the way, great work like the rest. :)

    General:

    - Ship Replicator offers Romulans Federation Beam Pistols - Stun Beam Standard Issue instead of Plasma Beam Pistol - Split Beam Standard Issue.

    - Target Optics 1 special effects are blue, not green.

    - When in the ship selection UI, double-clicking removes a piece of equipment from your vessel and deposits it into your inventory. Double-clicking a piece of equipment from your inventory, however, will equip it on the vessel that is currently selected as your main which may _not_ be the vessel that is currently selected. This is like double-clicking a weapon in your inventory with a specific BOff character sheet open and expecting it to be placed on that person.. but it starts swapping equipment with your captain instead.


    Character Selection:

    - As the character detail slider approaches 50%, characters begin to be consumed by singularities. Many officers have lost parts of their cheek, whole noses, and other vital parts of their flesh.

    - When switching characters, clicking a character and then play before the new character models have time to load causes you to load as your previous selection.

    - Loading screens do not utilize the new skins.

    - If the aforementioned is not changing, then the loading screens for Romulans should be altered as they use the Federation colour scheme.

    - Romulan transporter audio effects use federation audio files.


    Mission: The Search for New Romulus > Home Sweet Home:

    - Some sailbacks are listed with an underscore character. Adult Rihan_Sailback and Mature Rihan_Sailback have been observed.

    - The mission does not flow well as there are many gathering objectives (20) and observing the bridge takes place only after you travel across the map to obtain the last samples, travel back to where sample 16-17 was taken, and _then_ travel forward again to the latter samples. Perhaps I did not negotiate the map properly but there were enough invisible walls on outcroppings to make me feel confident that I went along the pre-determined path.

    - There is no perk for making it through the Explore Dewa III portion and not killing any of the aggressive wildlife. I had thought that would be worth something, given how intricately they seemed to have been placed.

    - Federation assets are being used for excavating rock.


    Mission: Turning Point > Khitomer Conference:

    - After a disconnect in the corridors called 'The Gallery of Honour' just past the first doors, Tovan Khev was no longer at my side. He still acted as if he were and spoke to me several times.

    - A white upside down triangle also appeared on my map however I could not follow it to its source. It stopped well short of my mission objective of speaking with D'Tan.

    - D'Tan's dialogue text does not match his spoken audio.

    - PARTIAL VOICE ACTING IS WORSE THAN NO VOICE ACTING AT ALL. The cutscene after 'Report to D'Tan' is the worst example of it, Tovan having voiced lines with the special guest star having none. Please discontinue this practice and NEVER AGAIN have a cutscene with only some of the people actually speaking. I understand if some of the voice files are not in game but seriously, it didn't work for the Hyena-Swine. Stop doing it here.


    Mission: Turning Point > Countdown:

    - Fallout: D'Tans dialogue text does not match his spoken audio.

    - Subcommander Nadel does not have any teeth.

    Other:

    - Your forums really hate copy/pasted text from other programs and mangle quotation marks, even from Notepad.

    Actually, can we get access to traditional Romulan hand weapons that we see in the beginning of the game, but at higher tiers? You can get a Starfleet Phaser and Phaser rifle at all skill levels. You can also get Klingon disruptors at any level, but the TNG Romulan disruptors with elegant design and clean lines seems to be available at MK1 on Romulanmside and a MKIX version as a mission reward on the Fed side. I'd like to get some normal looking Romulan weapons please.

    We already have access to those. Go visit the flotilla, there is a vendor which offers all kinds of (common) Romulan ground weaponry from all Tiers.

    Systems:
    • Reverted most Warbirds to 40 base power for all subsystems.
      • This does not impact the T'liss or the T'varo, which retain a base of 45.

    This came up in another thread, and I thought I'd ask for some clarification on this.

    Does this just apply to the T1 T'Liss and T'varo? Or does it also apply to the T5 T'varo Retrofit and the Fleet T'varo?

    To the above. No Starfleet officer would allow the disruption of an enemy's timelines either. The temporal prime directive is clear. Further the Voyager episode Year of Hell demonstrated precisely why. It's impossible to predict how hurting your enemies with time travel can affect you. For instance in any event where you harm the Romulans in the past you may damage their willingness or ability to join the Dominion war. Net result, we lose the Dominion War.

    As for the changes, THANK YOU. Full Emergency Powers, Romulan Cloaking back to full...makes ya feel kinda powerful. :D To quote Bane, "Let the Games Begin".
    Shy question: Can we get enemies to drop the common commodity "Industrial Replicators" somewhen? It's only for sale at certain vendors. All other commodities drop normally.
    Now that you mention it...but I don't usually notice as when I get them by not buying, I usually receive them as DOFF mission rewards, usually Strike Against Fugitive Support Network.

    Please devs, Romulans have to have long hair. Nero's wife had long hair, The Romulan Commander in The Enterprise Incident had long hair. Vulcanoid people have long hair. Saavik, T'Pring.

    Not only do they need long hair, we all in general need MORE long hair options across the board. Help us out here. You can START with the hairstyles in those concept pictures for the Romulan uniforms in the DevBlog.

    This came up in another thread, and I thought I'd ask for some clarification on this.

    Does this just apply to the T1 T'Liss and T'varo? Or does it also apply to the T5 T'varo Retrofit and the Fleet T'varo?

    This refers to Tier 1 only, as they're the only Warbirds with access to only a single Singularity ability. The T5 T'varo Retrofit has more standard Warbird power settings.
