General:
Resolved an issue that caused some textures to have gaps where they met.
There should be fewer holes into nothingness on ground maps.
Resolved an issue in which officer rank promotions were not calculating their costs correctly.
You can no longer promote them when you don't have enough Officer Skillpoints accrued.
Bridge Officers should no longer go MIA after changing maps.
They were restive, to the point of disloyalty.
After granting some leave on Risa, the crew is ready to return to active duty.
Missions:
Updated Temporal Ambassador: Added backgrounds to dialogs throughout.
Gasko Blues: The station commander now has the "I" icon over his head
The Helix: Changed the text for the singularity and cloak pop help to reflect that players can cloak in combat and the new singularity mechanics.
Collateral Damage: Patched a hole in the floor that players sometimes fell into.
Rapier: Added an OPS button to board the U.S.S. Rapier if the player closes the initial window
Enemy Action: Khemek is no longer typing in midair when the player walks up to him.
Romulan Tutorial:
Help pop ups will no longer play while the opening cutscene is playing.
Added a guided pop help for traits when players reach level 12.
This replaces the giant TRAIT WINDOW popping up.
Added a guided pop help for moving your bridge officers into stations after you get a new ship and go into sector space.
Players can now skip the beacon de-activation and cave reveal cutscenes.
Systems:
Updated icons for all Caustic Plasma Dual Heavy Cannons.
Singularity Warp Cores now grant +5 to +15 to a power level (instead of 0 - +7.5) depending on your Singularity Level.
This bonus is suspended while your Singularity Powers are on cooldown.
Romulan Battle Cloak: This power once again has a 20 second cooldown.
Romulan Cloak: This power once again has a 20 second cooldown.
Sinularity: Quantum Absorption: This power's granted temporary hit points should no longer be "healed" by other shield regeneration powers.
Traits:
Alien characters will now see text for their species in the Traits UI.
Romulan Aliens and Romulan Liberated Borg players can now select traits.
Romulans now have access to Elusive and Warp Theorist.
They no longer have access to Teamwork or Mental Discipline.
Field Researcher now has its own icon.
Removed the Borg costume from the Nukara Mk 12 Engine.
Using Fire-at-Will with the Experimental Romulan Plasma Beam Array will no longer result in the Combat Log reporting "0 Physical Damage" events.
The Nukara Utility Drone power should now have a more appropriate icon.
Resolved an issue with the Nukara Space Set's 2 piece set bonus "Weapon Stabilizers" that caused it to remove the Weapons Offline state more quickly than was intended.
Updated the beam out FX for the Klingon Security Team.
Added cold resistance to all Jackal Mastiffs.
Adjusted some reward pack descriptions for Romulan Warbirds.
Added Matter-Antimatter Warp Cores to the Romulan Dilithium Store.
Reverted most Warbirds to 40 base power for all subsystems.
This does not impact the T'liss or the T'varo, which retain a base of 45.
Emergency Power Engineering Abilities:
The duration of all Emergency Power buffs has been increased to 30 seconds, up from 20 seconds.
The shared cooldown between two copies of the same power has been increased back to 30 seconds, up from 20 seconds.
This is a reversion to current Holodeck recharge times.
All combat pets will now work more like security team.
They will remain with you until they are out of combat for a short while, until defeated, or after 5 minutes, whatever comes first.
UI:
Klingon mission journal banners now have appropriate art.
Minicontact portraits once again have a generic background.
Weapons that have 135 degree firing arcs will now correctly display their area of effect when the ability is moused-over.
Known Issues:
The Klingon Mission Journal is currently being re-worked and some missions may not yet be available to existing Klingons.
Neither Klingons nor Romulans are available for new characters.
A small number of participants can now create Romulans as part of a closed beta.
The C-store is disabled.
Players on Wine will need to use a workaround in order to play.

nope still happens to my rom captain , so it is not fixed at all as I have just tested it .

Here's an issue I have graphic wise. When visiting the Romulan Flotilla, the graphics on toons starts to develop spots. Toons there resemble Dalmatians. Can you look into that?
Nifty about the AWOL BOFFs that sneak off during zoning, but er...what about the no BOFF stations on new ships?
Also, with the UI - can we rearrange the HUD in sector again yet? You know, slide that Singularity Core window over to the side instead of having it sit in the middle of the screen on top of our ship?
...be back in a moment, cause it also looked some good stuff in there. Just the last two things I listed above basically left me flying around in circles spamming R-Tet Arrays trying to see how often they would refract in Ker'rat. Around and around...wheeee.
So far in replaying some of the missions I have noticed BOFF pathing is now broken.

Gasko is horritastic, now, because of that. It's like all the npc navpoints were removed - and since it's such a windy passage, all I could think was that it was Fire Caves 2.0 - The Version Without the Tasty Barbecue.

On this i must disagree with you zer0 my BOFFs were loyal just intoxicated you see after i would map id have to go into the cargo holds of my ship and drag them back to their stations.
Each time id map they would find their way to my personal stash of romulan ale and now i dont have anymore vintage virinat stock since the colony is no more.
Great the bridge officers are going to stay at their stations now because they've been lobotomized, just before they brought down the sever I was doing Memory Lane and having to find all of my Boffs because they were getting stuck behind lightposts, rocks, trees, etc.
Do they have to like, drill through good code to get to the bad code? Every patch something new is acting weird.
If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.
