    I already have a Romulan Character on the Fed side, though it will be nice to recreate her properly, or maby her long lost sister :D

    I'm still waiting for proof (I might have missed it). Either way, I don't think there will be anyone that wont try the Green Side. Whether they stick with is unknown, though they'll try. That being said, if this update has the KDF content that is speculated about, there might be a fair number of people trying out for Klingon too.

    Will be interesting to see where this goes.

    You can replace the number at the end of the filename and thus "scroll" through the images.
    It goes from s1.jpg to s8.jpg.
    The last one is a preview of the new UI for all three factions.

    I've just changed the numbers from s1 etc.

    What on earth are these: http://images-cdn.perfectworld.com/de/sto/redesign2012/legacyofromulus/large/s5.jpg Don't look Romulan, nor Reman for that matter. Don't really strike me as Iconian either. :eek:

    Edit: Actually, they might work as Reman I suppose, I guess I was just expecting something more... Scimitar-looking.

    One of the bits that was readeable on the page was that you'll learn more about the forces that threaten the Alpha and Beta Quadrants.
    Perhaps these ships are connected to that.

    Just wish Cryptic did something different with the Romulans than just another repeat of the Tac / Eng / Sci classes. Because there really was no difference when playing the KDF. Which I fear people will get quickly tired of playing Romulans because it's more rehash. :(

    I really have no interest in playing as a Romulan or KDF. But I do think it's a positive thing to bring to the game, I just hope it's a better experience than a shallow painful grind from 1 to 50.

    Our fleet has been waiting for the release of a Romulan faction since day one. We will be ready.

    I definitely am. Romulans are the second most bad TRIBBLE race in trek....next to andorians of course. I'm so glad that they're a playable faction, can't wait to go green.

    Given the sheer amount of content, I am hoping they release it on Test Before May. Like Mid-late April.

    That said, I am ready and willing to March beneath the Raptor's Wing.

    I think being a Federation character will always be my favorite, I like what they stand for, though I do like to switch to a klingon at times, and so too like the option of being a romulan as well.

    I think they ought to do this for all characters, like vulcan's, ferengi, etc.

    I absolutely will too. Not sure how long I will play after making my Romulan (I realized STO will never meet my expectations). This is what I have been waiting for since the game launched.

    At least now we can show Cryptic the quality of the Romulan community. Up until now, we have been nearly invisible.

    I had always held out hope for a new ship and/or captain class to go with the RSE. We need something to break up the monotony of the existing trinity and provide more design space for the future.

    We'll see if this is just same old STO with a green UI.
