    It is currently 11:20 EST.

    I am unable to connect to the launcher or the Patch Server.

    I did the tracert, and I got all 30 "Request Timed Out"

    Time Warner of Central NY is my provider. The launcher times out, both on STO and CO.
    Additionally i can't get to either forums from my bookmarks but can from other peoples links. This is exactly what happened during the other day's downtime.

    Read the OP. This is a launcher performance test and the outage is intentional. Due to the maintenance everyone is already out of the game, making this the perfect time to do said tests.
