T'alek Shokal was born in 2381 in the Federation-Colony on Planet Q. Following a long family tradition he joined Starfleet Academy. After spending a semester at the Vulcan Science Academy he graduated with a thesis on biological aspects of first-contact-procedure. After becoming an officer he joined the crew of the USS Galaxy as biology-specialist. Subsequently he was chief science officer of the USS T'Pau, who's commanding officer he became after the Borg attack on the Vega-Colony. After a promotion he took command of the new USS T'Pau, a modified Nova-Class vessel. For a short periode he commanded the USS Sarek and then the Long-Range-Science-Vessel USS Shran. Lately he was promoted to flag-officer and was given command of the newest Luna-Class-Ship USS Andoria.

She is a quantum-physicist, but has had extensive tactical training. In beginning 2409 she was a member of Admiral Quinn's staff, after unsuccessfully trying for a transfer on a spaceship. When T'alek Shokal was given command of the USS T'Pau she finally got a chance to be first officer of a ship.

Pyt'myn Aslem started his career in Starfleet as a Crewman. He went to a technical school of the fleets training-program on bis home-planet Andoria. After getting promoted to Chief, while working on Starbase 7, he joined the Academy. After his transfer to the USS T'Pau he soon proved to be an excelent Chief Engineer.

Born on Andoria, Theral Zihl became a physician and exo-biologist. He and T'alek Shokal are close friends since their time on the Academy. He joined Starfleet to explore strange new worlds, but as a member of one of the old andorian families he knows his place in wartime.
He is engaged with Morani Olal, a Betazoid, who works for Starfleet as a physician on Memory Alpha.

Zilah T'phiv spent nearly all her childhood on a freight-ship between Bajor and Federation space. Since the age of 16 she tried for the Starfleet Academy but it took three times untill she was accpted. She is expert on alien weapons and a good pilot.
Zilah T'phiv was transfered to USS T'Pau while the Borg attack on the Vega-Colony. Since they met on the battleground she and T'alek Shokal are close friends.

Lysia Rixx was born in the Colony on Kessik IV. Her parents are farmers, but her fathers oldest brother was a famous captain in Starfleet. She left her home on Kessik IV to go and study and joined Starfleet. She was transfered to the USS Andoria to aid T'alek Shokal with the command of the new vessel.

Sotono was born on Vulcan. After her time at the Academy she was a member of Starfleet-Intelligence. After that assignment she spent some years on P'jem, trying for the Kohlinaar. 2408 she came back to Starfleet before reaching the Kohlinaar. She was transfered to the USS Shran as expert on the Romulan Fleet and as head of Security.

I can never decide on a unifrom either, dependent of the mission I will often swap one of the the tactical officers for an extra science officer for crowd control.
I just finished updating my full (that's 54 member) Bridge crew in different uniforms spanning from Enterprise all the way to Voyager. I'm really, really proud of the way it turned out and I hope you guys like it, too!

I pulled this pic out of my ss folder. Four Klingons and a Borg, Crew of the Federation Escort "USS Scirrocco"..
I had to buy the officers and retrain a bunch of thier skills, but I think it was worth it. I'm still working on the bio, but I'll give you what I have so far.
Grecanis ..of the House of Arrr (Grecanis Arrr is a name I've used since SWG) ..son to a half Human, half Klingon mother and a Klingon father. The House of Arrr was once a respected and up-and -coming house in the empire untill Arrr (Grecanis's father) married his mother and made himself a target to some of the more powerful houses who saw him as a potential threat to thier places in the empire.
Inevitably, Arrr was framed and charged with espionage against the empire ..he and Grecanis's mother were murdered before he could come before the council and plead his case. In his absence his house was discommendated.
