I post a ticket on character creations that i used to have. The responsed i got was i was not a life time subscriber anymore. Now what the hell happened to my life time subcscriber. When i go to the online it state that i am still active i have been active for almost 900 days. Please fix this issues asap. Or i am going to want my $300 i spent when i first got the game!!!!!
Does it say that you dont have any subscriptions when you log into your account? I just checked mine and it seems to be all ok.

At least you are able to log in. I keep getting invalid password, and pw reset doesn't work as it has no record of my email address, either. Had to fake up a new account to read and post in forums. After reading the horror stories of weeks with no response, I was hoping someone else had similar login issue and had a quick fix instead of waiting for support.

Yes it say that it is Lifetime active it even shows me my pre-order and the Del Taco codes too. Now i am running into the GM saying that they are giving me a refund and i am not going to be liftime member anymore. Just because i send a ticket to fix the issue with creating a character type i used to have. Why are they doing this to me i can't even call in to someone and fix this issue of the old and new one with my subscription.
The response you got from the CS rep doesn't make any sense. Are you paraphrasing their response correctly? An LTS isn't a subscription that you can cancel.
The only refund they should be giving you is for the zen stipend you missed out on while it was inactive.

Do they send you a receipt for payment? Did you have it printed and copied or in your email? Screenshot and send to them to compare contrast and get them to give you back what's rightfully yours.
i am having a same issue except it shows i have no subscriptions. i bought the lifetime through steam. i have a screen cap saying i have the deluxe edition n such but no receipt. its has been close to a week since i requested assistance from CS and i have heard nothing back.

If they don't help you dispute the 300 charge with your credit card company, and you'll get it back. Then you'll prob get some customer service.
