    It's going to be hot, humid all weekend, and I'm going to be outside for most of it. Monday morning's shower could be very painful :D

    The heat index where I am is 114F currently. It's only 1pm here. I'm fairly far north.

    Yes Hort it that hot.. it makes one sleepy.. Try a plastic cup lined with water in the freezer

    like a frosty A&W mug.. Fill w a nice juice.. great for low sugar energy days..

    pickle juice is like gatorade.. but take fewer militer as the brine is sodium level >then

    cheese apple cracker Carmel ice cream build up strength.. the Pyramid leads to ice cream
