Ok. Now that's out of my system, Cussler's son writes novels now? Are they any good (or at least no worse than Cussler Sr's novels)?

I don't know yet...Haven't read the last 4 books yet. Cussler is still writing them, but his son Dirk is taking over more and more of the writing. Apparently people don't see his writing like you do. Considering the fact that he's had over 40 books published....and translated into 40 languages, published in over 100 countries...and has 125 million fans....I'd say he's doing pretty well. :D

I just finished watching a Royal Shakespeare Company production of Hamlet, starring David Tennant as Hamlet, and Patrick Stewart as Claudius. Yes it was as good as it sounds.

An Annoucement From The Desk Of Matt Dawson.

The Beatles are the worst music group/person ever from that era. They're only beaten by the current output of the money making pop industry....

    ANNOUNCEMENT!

This man speaks truth. Listen to Independent. What the truth condensed for consumption? Listen to a song by a band called Cold by the title of "Kill the Music Industry" I would link, but because of the language used, I don't think it would be appreciated.

    Announcement:

Here come old flattop, he come grooven up slowly
He got juju eyeball, he one holy roller
He got hair down to his knee
Got to be a joker he just do what he please

He wear no shoeshine he got toe-jam football
He got monkey finger he shoot Coca-Cola
He say "I know you, you know me."
One thing I can tell you is you've got to be free,

Come together, right now: Over me.

He bag production, he got walrus gumboot
He got ono sideboard, he one spinal cracker
He got feet, down below his knee
Hold you in his armchair, you can feel his disease,

Come together, right now: Over me.

He roller-coaster, he got early warning
He got muddy water, he one mojo filter
He say "One, and one, and one, is three."
Got to be good looking 'cause he's so hard to see,

Come together, right now: Over me.

... It takes real fandom (or a good search engine) to remember a whole song from memory.
