By the way. I hate your sig. I played it one day and made the mistake of sending the link to my co-workers. It's become my curse. They play it and it gets stuck in my head... EVERY TIME!
    Yes.

    Yes I know.
When I start pointing at random mountains behind me it´s time to stop watching the clip for a while.

Congrats on the update. Looks MUCH better than anything I envisioned. Nice way of getting rid of the ugly ranks box.

    Awesome. Thanks!
    1. Corrected in v3.2
    2. Corrected in v3.2 (it's really hard for me to keep up with ships that I don't have / can't afford, so it's appreciated.)
    3. I assume you're talking about the Retro Adv Hvy Cruiser? I can't afford 15 bucks for it, so you'll have to gimme pics of the one I don't have up there... or 15 bucks :D
    4. I added all the Cstore costs in v3.2 of the 'ship purchases'... I'll have to try to figure out how to fit the rest of the 'tier costumes' on the chart without it getting too crazy.
You're welcome. Thanks for the update (and the credits in your OP). I'm afraid I don't remember the names right now of the different RAHCs. But there are two versions we can select in the builder. I'll check. If you don't get one, can you give me details on how I get pics to you? I'm busy a lot and when I'm not busy, I'm lazy, so it might be a while if ya rely on me. hahaha. No rush or anything. I sent you a PM.

I got the new 3.3 version. Well done on the adds. But you misspelled, regu-oh, ha, you saw that. lol :p I notice in your title panel you have the version, do you think you could also put the date next to that?

I've made some photoshops in my life, but I'm not sure I could make one this great, and it sure would be more difficult for me to update it. What do you use to make this picture? It's very professional looking. How do you get the LCARS effect? What fonts are you using? They're very Star Trek. Just oh so cool.

Permit me to express my thanks and congrats to you for all your hard work on this, its truly amazing what you've done Spidey. I think its a beautiful representation of the available starship tiers. Keep up the good work man :). Too bad its not a wall poster I could order :D!
Hope you'll be able to give the Klinks something soon too. Hey, its only fair right? Else the whining will start to grate..lol!

I just uploaded v4.0 and I really liked the way it turned out. I had to go back and basically recreate the entire chart to future-proof it, to add some nifty LCARS columns, and for KDF chart which I've started working on. Since I had to redo most of it, let me know if you see any errors. You'd be surprised how you can overlook something after you've been staring at for hours.

I want to thank everyone for their continued support, and to express my appreciation for the enthusiasm STO players have for this little graphical ship chart I made. Recently, a fan contacted me directly about the following joke I made in response to someone asking about the AHCR Excelsior alternate skin:
...I assume you're talking about the Retro Adv Hvy Cruiser? I can't afford 15 bucks for it, so you'll have to gimme pics of the one I don't have up there... or 15 bucks :D

The fan (who wishes to remain anonymous) expressed his thanks and appreciation for the shipchart, and offered to purchase the Adv Hvy Cruiser Retrofit for me! Even though I was a bit skeptical, the email was honestly and genuinely sincere. He mentioned knowing that I was just joking with the comment on the thread, but that he had wanted to thank me for all the work I've done on the chart... so I took him up on his offer. :)
Even though I know it's a bit off-topic, I felt I should share the story here. This is one of the nicest gestures I've seen anyone do in a really long time. To this benefactor: thank you very much; it is truly appreciated.

Okay, now I gotta go get my Excelsior and transwarp around!

Fantastic job! Very, very impressive. The only thing I would suggest you look at is that the Excelsior Retrofit is actually available at Rear Admiral and above, not just Vice Admiral. The way you have it makes it look like it is a Vice Admiral only vessel. This is a very small detail and I in no way am trying to underlay the excellent work you have done on this. This chart really is amazing. :D

Congrats on getting a benefactor. (Napolean Dynamite: "Lucky!") :D

The new chart looks amazing! I like that you added the devices and other stuff. And thanks for putting the date up by the version. I just went to the ship builder and noticed the AHCR has two more Nacelle sets for a total of four. Excel, Excel Alpha (glowy blue "neon" down the side), Retro (glowy blue up front only) and Retro Alpha (front and sides). The Excel ones are sleeker, the Refit fatter more "Art Deco" looking.

Got me my Retro Alphas. I love the glow baby! Yeah!

I just rolled my first Klingon last night, so I'm really looking forward to that chart.

Nice work, but you really should give credit to the person whose original image you modified. It's only polite.

Benfea, if you look in the window, top left hand side you will see the credit was given before it was posted, not to mention was mentioned in the original post.

Great chart!!!! Can't wait to see one for the Klingon side!

I've been using the chart for a while but I didn't notice this error until I was in the market for a science vessel.

The Reconnaissance Science Vessel ship category has a Lt. Comm Science BO, not Eng.

Good catch - to both! The Recon Science BOs were correct before recreated everything for v4.0... this is the result when you're staring a little colored icons all day long. After seeing this mistake, I went back and compared all BOs to the previous charts to make sure there weren't any other little inconsistencies. I think I got em all with v4.1

Please don't hesitate to let me know; I don't take as an insult or anything, I just want the chart to be as accurate as possible. Glad to hear you've been making use of it!

I've posted before mentioning that the dreadnought cruiser has the wrong Stations listed, The correct stations are: Ensign Tactical, Lieutenant Tactical, Commander Engineering, Lt. Commander Engineering, and Lieutenant Science.

I didn't mention before, but great work on the chart I find it very useful.

    Thanks for the hard work.

First off the chart is awesome :)

Secondly, the runabout's bridge officer station is listed as tactical when in reality its a universal slot.

Not to take away from the wiki in any way, but I want to make sure people continue using this thread to leave feedback. It's been very benefitial to use the STO forum for getting opinions and corrections. While I try to update the wiki when I make changes, the original post on this thread will be the most current.

    Thanks for everyone's continued support.

For the energy weapon guide you have listed, I don't know if you wanted to add more detail, but in case you did:
Phasers: 2.5% chance to disable a random subsystem for 5 secs
Disruptors: 2.5% chance to ggive 10% damage resistance for 15 secs
Plasma: 2.5% chance to apply a plasma DoT for 15 secs
Tetryon: 2.5% chance to reduce all shields (you have it written as more damage, but I don't think that's quite right, as I believe the proc reduces the number from all shield facings)
Polaron: 2.5% chance to reduce all power levels by 25

For Projectile, Transphasics have 20% shield penetration, and the cooldown for a Tricobalt (both torpedos and mines) is 1 minute, not 30 seconds. The disable lasts for 2 seconds.

Wow that's a lot of really good information. I've actually had a few discussions with friends about what to do with the weapons section and what information it should include. Right now, however, anything I want to include or redesign on the federation chart will have to wait (other then the nebula pics and information when it's released.)

I am currently focused solely on getting the KDF chart out. I estimate less than a week or so and the draft version will be ready and posted. My goal is to give as much love to the KDF faction that I have given to the Fed Chart.

Either way, thx for compiling this info!

Well, at the least, note the last line about the Tricobalt devices, since that's actually an error currently on the chart. (It says 30 second cooldown, when it's a minute.) There is also the error Fenrir1536 noted about the runabout being a universal slot, and not tactical.
