Just for clarification in case anyone didnt know the glaxy-x was called exclusive by a dev
Before any more pitchforks get handed out... let me offer up some info before you go burning down the village.
The 3-Nacelle Future Enterprise config will be an exclusive variant of a T5 Galaxy ship we are planning to add to the game as we increase the skillcap at various points in the future. In fact I see plans on the schedule to add T5 versions of the Galaxy, Intrepid, and Defiant class.
So yes - the Future Enterprise - 3 Nacelle config is an exclusive "variant" and may be the only T5 Galaxy for a while, but there will be ways to get similar ships in the future - they just might not have the 3rd Nacelle - or front mount single phaser cannon.

I can't view your link, it's broken but if what you pasted is accurate then it gives them wiggle room. Nowhere in your pasted quote does it say exclusive to referral members and even the referral page doesn't say that it's exclusive to the referral program.

A lot of things are worded very specifically on offers and I'd be surprised if this wasn't worded very carefully too. No mention of it being exclusive to the referral program and only mentioned as a "great reward" for getting five referrals into the game.

No argument about the 'classy' part. But I don't think it's entirely out of bounds to bump month-old threads. That's just borderline necromancy. Anything more than that, though, and it starts to become obnoxious thread-necromancy. Serial threadurrections (emphasis on 'dur') is a sign of thread-necrophi-- okay, not going there. Now, resurrecting threads that were last posted in at launch? THAT'S lichdom. And the only solution is to KILL IT WITH FIRE.
Or a moderator with a cat avatar, as the case may be. That works just as well.
Edit: The OP makes a good request. While Cryptic is unlikely to ever respond to it, I still would like to see it.

i agree cryptic needs to let us know whats going on because if the exclusives do have a shelf life then i know not to waste monney on them anymore and just wait til they're made available cheaper or ingame
Exactly why we have heard nothing from Cryptic, they obviously plan on putting so called "exclusives" and rewards on the C Store, they have done so already.. they will do so again..

I hate to be that guy but...... recruiting players to the game purely for an item is poor form. If you were already going to get those people you recruited into the game then fair enough but the point is that if you're upset over an item you pushed the game onto others for, perhaps you weren't recruiting for the right reasons.

I didn't decide on anything, I put forward the idea that recruiting people purely to get an in-game reward is not really in the spirit of recruiting a friend to the game. Did I say any other reason was right or wrong? No. Even if I had that is still only my opinion just as other people have posted their opinion. It's no more idiotic than your ranting over the potential of more things you have going to the C-Store, which I didn't say was idiotic.
