My Galaxy-R has been made completely and utterly obsolete with the addition on the Odyssey+ variants.....but that doesn't mean I'm going to change rides.
Hey Fleeties. Just found out I'm 10 days away from 500 vet award yay. So who's shelled out the cash for the new ships? Personally the only reason I'd want one is to get the bridge. But I just don't feel that an awesome bridge is worth 2k to me. So I'll have to be happy with the one I have on tribble lol
Getting the three pack for the fed side when I get home, love the way the new consoles work and the effects of the differents boosts for the stats. I have always wanted a more tac version of a cruiser anyway, never really liked the way the Galaxy X was done myself.

Congratulations 12th Fleet on another 3 successful runs today against the Crystalline Entity all done in under 10 minutes each! For something organized on the spur of the moment, it went picture perfect.

As I told her I currently have a Klingon alt in a Fleet called "The House of Duras" it's actually not active but we (60) stay in that fleet to keep ownership of the fleet name, we're all nomadic as of this writing, meaning we have never seen each other since Open beta.

The backup was working fine, but only me and Edward Reed used it.

Escorts have been retired.

It's still a slow moving cruiser. It's DPS will be negligent when compared to an escort.
Tac version has the same wepons bonus as escorts, and turn rate can be trumpet with a beam boat style.
And it has and extra weapon.

in my KDF science toon: Vu'Qov Carrier w/ full Aegis set and 4 field generators, my shield strength is like 19,300
