    that is a nice take on BACON.. like Prosciutto di Norcia or prosciutto di Parma, progressed to Serrano ham from Spain so is Ham the new BACON? WOW we need more samples.. [nom nom]

    I am surprised. i never thought this thread would go on for so long. Now the question is at what time does the door get snapped shut or has it earned some form of immortality with the powers that be?
