I've finally secured my Breen cruisers for my toons and thought I'de share the names:

#1. U.S.S. Anne Hathaway (because I promised to do so and... (see wardrobe malfunction article))
#2. I.K.V. bIQtIQ vo''Iw (River of Blood) Ya, Ya, I know the game shows I.K.S. but I will NOT surrender to the bad script writing found in post TOS canon- I.K.V. was from SFC2.
#3. I.K.V. (yet to be determined, will likely be some variation of sinful slave)

USS Endeavour - Sovereign Class Starship. Named for one of the space shuttles, and also a ship mentioned by name at the beginning of Star Trek:First Contact.

    [Edit to add]
USS Equinox - Delta Class Shuttle. Named for Starship of the same name lost in the Delta Quadrant (In manuscript, given to Empress of Pentaxian Dynasty as a coronation present, but shot down and destroyed during demonstration flight...)

In addition, my recent writings have been based aboard the USS Valkyrie, a Nova Class Starship. Named for the plot to kill Hitler, and one of the most epic pieces of music I know

Having seen the deckplans, I've rather fallen for these little ships :o

    Hello, ya'll! :P

Well, let me tell you that most of my starships were named after my niece. :-P She's 7 and she enjoys this 'creaky' game as much as I do. :-) So, we started-off with the "Miranda" Escort and we named 'her' as... Actually, I think that 'she' had 'her' own name; we didn't rename 'her' at all! O.o Next, we had that "Excelsior"-class hybrid 'wessel' and we named 'her'... "Serena". Then, we had a beaut of an "Horizon"-class hybridized as "Serena - Brava". Then, an "Ambassador"-class 'bucket' which was named, of course,... "Serena - Brava II". :P Now, on the other hand, we have a beaut of a "Intrepid"-class hybrid and 'her' name is "Silvestra-Irinia"! :D As for my own 'shippy', on Tribble, 'her' name is "Virgonia" because, well,... I'm Virgo. :) Oh, oh! And, as for the KDF is concerned, my niece plays as an Orion Engineer and her ship is called "SerNa".
I love Science! STO science. B)

Federation Science - Chel Gret - U.S.S. Blizzard. Reason is it was the cheesiest cold type name I could think of.

Federation Engineer - Odyssy Class - U.S.S. Gracie. Because the ship is a whale so I figured why not name it after a Trek whale.

Federation Tactical - Defiant Class - U.S.S. Obfuscate. It can cloak.

KDF Science - Kar'Fi Carrier - I.K.S. Molag Bal. Named for one of the daedric princes in the Elder Scroll series.

KDF Engineer - Kar'Fi Carrier - I.K.S. Soul Flayer. Just seemed to suit a Fek'ihri ship.

KDF Tactical - Peghqu' Heavy Destroyer - I.K.S. Uramha. Didn't care about naming this ship so it was a random one.

aaaand I just realized this was a necro-post, my apologize for posting. Just a heads up traveler82 resurrecting posts is not technically allowed.

    My shipnames thus far:

    U.S.S. Veritas
    Truth, My old Heavy Cruiser

    U.S.S. Pax
    Peace, My old Galaxy-class

    U.S.S. Justitia
    Justice, My old Constitution-class

U.S.S. Clementia (RA Ambassador Support Cruiser Retrofit)
Healer, Support DPS, and Sci abilities, thus Clementia - clemency, mercy (for my allies, at least)

U.S.S. Audentia (Breen Chel Grett Warship)
Audacity/Boldness, it's a pretty crit-focused, DPS-focused, "We run all right, RIGHT AT THEM" sort of ship

    U.S.S. Celeritas (Mirror Advanced Escort)
Swift, because... yeah it's an escort, so swift

    U.S.S. Fidelitas (Mirror Patrol Escort)
Fidelity, because it can stay alive for very long

    U.S.S. Libertas (Odyssey Star Cruiser)
    Liberty, a engineering focused Oddy

U.S.S. Aequitas (Fleet Defiant Tactical Escort Retrofit)
Equity/Justice, it can put out punishing damage against its enemies, and can get rid of anything quickly

U.S.S. Infinitas (Fleet Excelsior Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit)
Infinite, because this AuxToBat boat is a swiss army knife, and can do so many things, put out an awesome amount of damage, while being nearly impossible to kill unless I'm being alpha-ed by 5 well-decked out escorts at once. Even then it'll take quite a while

    My Tac captain:
When I drove a Star Cruiser, I named it the U.S.S. Leviathan. (because it looked like Moya)
    U.S.S. Odysseus
    U.S.S. Solaris (my Constitution class)

    My alt, Sci captain:
I kept it thematic, using names such as:
U.S.S. Wozniak (NCC-96502) *bonus points if you get the reference (without looking it up)
    U.S.S. Archimedes
    U.S.S. Bellerophon
    U.S.S. Copernicus
    U.S.S. Einstein

USS Boudicca (Ambassador-class) - Named after the famous warrior-queen of the Iceni tribe who fought against the Romans. Captained by Vice Admiral Raquel "Rachel" Castillo.

USS Paikea (Luna-class) - Named after the legendary Maori leader who founded one of the tribes on the northern island of New Zealand. He was said to have come ashore on the back of a whale. I was a bit inspired by the movie "Whale Rider" when I came up with the name too. ;) Captained by Vice Admiral Khaya Prytheri, a Telavian (custom alien, species made up by me).

USS Minas Tirith (Sovereign-class) - Named after Gondor's capital city in Lord of the Rings. Captained by Admiral Bel Jana of Bajor.

RRW Visenya (Mogai-class) - This one is on the Tribble server; I named it after one of Aegon the Conqueror's sisters from Westerosi history in the Song of Ice and Fire series. Captained by Arya t'Shana of Mol'Rihan.
    __________________________________________________
    Rachel - Tactical - USS Boudicca - Ambassador-class
    Khaya - Science - USS Paikea - Luna-class
Bel Jana - Engineer - USS Minas Tirith - Sovereign-class

U.S.S. - Constitution (NCC-91700-E- since we have to have a 9 in front of the number otherwise wouldnt be there) obviously a continuation of the proud line of ships to bear the name that originally graced America's longest serving wooden warship. - Commanded by VADM Morgan O'Connell (Odyssey class-Operations)

U.S.S. - Firestar (Prometheus class MVAE) ship and bridge crew named for characters and ship in a homemade comic my brother drew when we were kids - VADM Mark Long Commanding- the Multi-Vector mode is known by the crew as the "Starburst"

U.S.S. - Medusa (Breen vessel) named for the mythical creature whose gaze could turn men to stone, inspired by the ships appearance of a group of snakes and its weapon abilities to paralyze or incapcitate enemy vessels. acts as a covert intelligence gathering vessel- VADM Ro-Tahn Synn (caitian) commanding

I.K.V. Dragonlord (Vo'quv class carrier) a ship carrying on a tradition of it's Gorn commander of naming ships with Dragon in the name. The design of the ship and some fortunate color and pattern editing gives the ship an appearance of a scale covered dragon at rest. Lt. Gen Gojira commanding (privateer who offers his service to the Empire)

U.S.S. Roswell (currently an Akira class) latest in a series of ships to bear the name which is a thinly veiled joke that the capatin and almost the entire bridge crew are the classic "gray" aliens. Cmdr Xeno commanding

U.S.S. Sagan, Aventine Class Multi-Mission Recon Explorer. Named after the late Science Fiction/nonfiction writer Carl Sagan.

U.S.S. Valiant, Sao Paulo Class Tactical Escort Retrofit. Named after the cadet training Defiant Class vessel which was lost with all hands in the Dominion War.

U.S.S. Hydra, Prometheus Class Fleet Advanced Escort Retrofit. Named after the mythical beast of ancient earth lore which would grow two heads in response to each that was cut off.

I.S.S. Hydra, Prometheus Class Mirror Patrol Escort. As above but just the 'Terran Federation' Version if you will.

U.S.S. Paladin, Excelsior Class Fleet Advanced Heavy Cruiser Retrofit. Named for the 'holy' warriors of the ancient world.

U.S.S Iliad, Odyssey Class Science Flagship Cruiser. Named after the works of 'Homer' of the ancient Roman Empire.

U.S.S. Dauntless, Ambassador Class Support Cruiser Retrofit. Named after the Galaxy Class starship you command at the beginning of ST: Bridge Commander.

The Mobile, Yellowstone Class Runabout. (Stupid thing won't let me remove the 'U.S.S.' Section 'in game' otherwise I would) Named after the old United State's Naval Vessel U.S.S. Mobile, which was named for the town of Mobile Alabama.

for most of my ships i went with histrical ship names,

eg: USS.Columbia, NCC-1000002, Intrepid class, named after in NX-02

USS.Yorktown NCC- , Emissary Class. WWII aircraft carrier.

    USS.Wasp NCC-93396, another WWII carrier.

with my posthumous class i decided to fallow the Greek god theme, USS.Posiden

My last two ships are named after ship classes i desighned myself,

USS.History a vista class and USS.Shoe, an Luna class

only changes recently that a few toons are gone and a few others since last comment are fully ready at lvl50. jumping ahead of the train before it comes, names of romulan ships i may do..

USS Latinum - Ferengi captain and crew, go figure. The captain is the grandson of Bok, the one who swore revenge on Picard a number of times for the death of his son at the battle of Maxia. Bok was since released and had another son.

IKS Kyrixix - Named after a fictional minor royal Orion house serving the KDF. The captain of the ship is a minor member of the house who knows nothing of the old ways and intends to lead the house herself through glory.

RRW Venetan - Altered Italian for the city name of Venezia. known in english as Venice. - Fed Allied.

RRW Vreenak - In honor of the senator who died to a dominion assassination plot and made famous for his "It's a Fake!!!" comment. - Kdf Allied.
    T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW.

Logos - My first ship in the game, named after the greed word Logos. Which is based around philosophy in an extent.

Christopher Pike - My second ship, custom constitution class (my own design). I think the name is pretty self explanatory.

Logos A - Same as the first.

Endeavour - An Envoy class cruiser, name'd after captain's cook's vessel.

Isolde - Assault cruiser, sovereign refit (custom design), one of the vessel's I am most fond of. She is named after 12th century legend Tristan and Iseult.

Andrea Gale - My current vessel, a customised Prometheus vessel. Name'd after the fishing vessel Andrea Gale that was lost with all hands.

Artemis - My Odyssey cruiser, name'd after the Greek goddess of the hunt.

Another fan of the MGLN Series!!

    Nice to meet you!!

I don't have ships named after Nanoha Characters, though--but I have one character with an MGLN THEME--She and her characters are Star Trek Versions of MGLN Characters (The character herself is Nanoha, is a Starfleet Academy Field Instructor, and she has Fate, Yuuno, Subaru, and Tia as part of her Bridge Crew), and her ship is named after an actual MGLN Ship (The Wolfram, the ship they use in the Magical Chronicle Lyrical Nanoha FORCE Manga). :D:cool:

i have been Lucidity from the moment i rolled a Druid in WoW and have used the alias ever since. I Like its symbolism. its the perfect name for a science vessel.

that's why my science captains vesta is now the U.S.S. Lucidity (G).
A to F are the science ships she leveled up in. (apparently there are more lucidity's than enterprises.)
