why? because every developer does give you TRIBBLE software? mention if your bank would have "unexpected downtimes" like this.

eq1: unplayable for 1-2 weeks at launch
wow: almost totally unplayable for a week
swg: constant crashes... constant downtime at launch for 3-10hrs at a time
aion: 4-14hr login ques for a week and many crashes
lotro: gotta give it to them... almost flawless
eq2: many times , many of their server were down for 12-24hrs the first week of launch
I'll just stop there... if you think 3.5 hrs downtime is NOT acceptable.. then you should RETIRE from mmo gaming LOL.

I don't recall WARs launch being bad at all. AION had queue issues although at least some people could play :P
